中国贸易开放度研究摘 要贸易在一国的经济发展中具有极其重要的意义，贸易开放度的研究一直是国内外学者所热衷的问题之一,近几年来在这方面的研究取得了一些很大的突破。本文在吸取各位学者研究成果的基础上，从贸易开放度的度量指标出发，并通过对影响中国贸易开放度因素的分析，对中国的贸易开放度进行了不同方式的修正，在修正的基础上对中国贸易开放度进行了国际比较，并提出贸易开放度的优化途径，促进我国外贸经济的顺利发展。第1章介绍了衡量贸易开放度的三个指标：对外贸易依存度、道拉斯法和萨克斯－瓦诺法。详细的介绍了三种贸易开放度度量指标的内容、优点和缺点。第2章在第1章的基础上，通过对影响我国贸易开放度的相关因素分析，对外贸依存度法和道拉斯法进行了修正，并以此计算出我国外贸开放度指标，并分析其特点。第3章通过对贸易开放度国际间比较，得出我国贸易开放度在量上大大低于发达国家和一些发展中国家，在贸易结构上服务贸易开放水平过低的问题。在此基础上提出了我国贸易开放度的优化途径，主要包括：贸易结构途径、关税政策途径、贸易政策途径和改善贸易结构途径。关键词:贸易开放度 服务贸易 贸易结构

THE STUDY ON CHINESE OPENING DEGREE OF FOREIGN TRADEABSTRACTThe trade is the extremely important in a country's economical development, the domestic and foreign scholars are very interested in researching TOD, In the recent years have obtained some very big breakthrough in TOD. This article in the foundation of absorbing the scholars research results, and through the analysis factors of affecting the Chinese TOD, carried on the different way to revise Chinese TOD, in the revision foundation carried on the international comparison and proposed optimized way of TOD,in order to promote our country foreign trade economy development.1st chapter introduced three indexes of TOD: Trade dependence ratio、Sachs and Warner、Dollars. Detailed introduction three kind of indexes’ content, merit and shortcoming.2nd chapter in the foundation of 1st chapter, through anglicizing the correlation factors of affecting our country TOD, and revised trade dependence ratio and Dollars, calculated our country TOD, and analyzes its characteristic.3rd chapter compared the TOD between country and country, we can find that our country TOD was lower than the developed country and some developing nations; the trade structure of service trade was lower. In this foundation, proposed optimized way of our country TOD, mainly includes: Trade structure, customs policy, trade policy and improvement the structure of trade.KEY WORDS: opening degree of foreign trade service trade structure of trade
