该研究旨在深入探索新手的驾驶风格,挖掘痛点和需求,有针对性的提出交互策略, 帮助新手提升驾驶信心。研究共分为三个阶段,分别是探索理解阶段、发现迭代阶段和评 估阶段。 探索理解阶段探索新手的驾驶行为,发现新手的驾驶风格主要为焦虑型,驾驶行为有 焦虑维度、分心维度和愤怒维度。新手需要注意的驾驶意识和驾驶行为。驾驶意识包含安 全意识、专注意识、预判意识、逻辑思维和规划意识。驾驶行为包含实际练习、速度评估, 陪伴驾驶和注意力。新手的痛点主要在于没有自信进行实际驾驶练习,以及在实际驾驶过 程中无法获得有效的辅助来保证驾驶安全,并且无法通过实际驾驶练习有效地增长自己的 驾驶技术。 发现迭代阶段提出交互策略通过有效的方式联结新手和有经验驾驶者,有经验驾驶者 可以有目的且有效地指导新手。同时也提供了智能指导的方式辅助新手逐步独立驾驶。 在评估阶段邀请三位专家对交互策略提出意见和建议。该研究最初的方案对驾驶过程 中的辅助研究较少,细化的关键页面易用性尚有一定缺乏。根据专家的建议,对之前交互 策略的关键页面进行迭代,同时提出了驾驶过程中的交互策略。 总体而言,该研究帮助新手克服最初不自信的心理状态,逐步发展。通过该研究的交 互策略,新手可以有效率有目的的练习实际驾驶。
外文摘要:
The purpose of this study is to explore driving styles, pain points and requirements of novices. It put forward interactive strategies to increase novices’ confidence. It has three stages, exploration & understanding, discovery and evaluation. Exploration and understanding stage used the quantitative and qualitative analysis of psychology. It finds that most of novices have anxious driving style. Their behavior has three dimensions: anxiety, distraction and anger. Novices should concentrate on driving awareness and behavior. Driving awareness includes safety, concentration, anticipation, logical thinking and planning awareness. Driving behavior involves practice, speed evaluation, accompanying and attention. Novices pain point is that lack of confidence to drive in real environment, and lack of effective support to ensure the safety of driving. Novices could not improve their skills effectively through real practice. Interactive strategies connect novices and experienced drivers in an effective way. Experienced drivers can be purposeful and effective in guiding novices. It also provides intelligent guidance for novice drivers to drive independently. At the evaluation stage, three experts were invited to give comments and suggestions on the interactive strategies. The initial strategy of this study has few auxiliary researches on the driving process, and lack of software usability. According to the experts' suggestions, this study iterated the key pages of the previous interactive strategies and put forward the interactive strategy during driving process. In general, strategies help novices to overcome the unconfident stage. Through interactive strategies of this study, novices can practice driving effectively and purposefully.
