拖延既是一种行为,也是一种人格特质,以往研究在理论阐述和测验编制上都有较多成果,但测验形式还比较单一。本研究的目的是开发以在校大学生为对象的拖延情境判断测验。首先采用质性访谈,收集大学生日常学习和生活中的拖延情境以及可能造成的原因,归纳得出了9种拖延的原因。然后根据情境和原因的组合,编制拖延情境判断测验。结果表明,该测验具有较好的内部一致性信度和效标效度。本研究不仅丰富了对拖延行为的认识,而且提供了针对大学生群体的新形式的拖延测量工具。

Procrastination is not only a kind of behavior but also a personal trait. Previous research has a lot of findings in theoretical explanation and test development, but there are still limited forms of such tests. The purpose of the present study is to develop a situational judgment test of procrastination for undergraduates. Firstly, a qualitative interview was conducted to collect situations and antecedents of procrastination in undergraduates' daily life, which finally produced nine antecedents. Then, based on these situations and antecedents, the situational judgment test was developed. The results indicate that this test has considerable internal consistency reliability and criterion validity. The present study offers a new form of measurement on procrastination behavior specifically among undergraduates, and helps us understand procrastination better.
