无论高科技发展有多迅猛,部队装备有多齐全,现代战争的主体依然是人,在把握先进科学技术的同时必须先增强军人的综合体能。国际形势复杂,各国军事实力不容小视,战争形式瞬息万变,要求军人具备良好的心理素质和超强的适应能力以及持久的战斗力。所有的军事技能都是建立在良好的基础体能上,为了适应现代化战争需要,军人体能素质不再是单一的有力量、有耐力,而是更加突显军人本身的综合体能。要求军人的生理供能系统要适应无氧和有氧两种供能系统混合供能,多种素质能力组合综合体现,尤其注重力量耐力和速度耐力的发展。本文根据军事体能训练的需要,通过军事体育的教学实践,结合理论研究和实验对照分析,对军事体能训练提出自己的观点,以供军事体育体能训练的教学研究作参考依据。 采用文献资料法、实验分析法、逻辑分析法、问卷调查法、数理统计法对“组合训练法”在军事体能教学中有效提高军人体能素质进行的教学研究初探。认为“组合训练法”适合军人军事体育发展的趋势,对于提高军人综合体能素质有积极有效的作用。其结果如下: 组合训练法已经运用于高水平运动队的个别领域并且取得一定的成效,组合训练法借鉴运动训练的经验结合对军人体能多元化需求,为军事体育教学改革提供有价值的参考。 通过设计组合训练实验,分别对20121261班和20131261班共75名学员实验前后考核成绩进行对比分析。最终实验组均比对照组成绩有所提高。20121261班在综合性考试项目渡海登岛400米障碍方面,实验组平均每人提高了37秒,达标率提高了10%。耐力性项目5000米成绩,实验组达标率比对照组提高了5%,上肢力量性项目引体向上成绩与400米障碍性项目成正相关;20131261班经过半学期和冬训8周的集中训练,运用组合训练方法使新生的体能达标率提高幅度更大,从31%提高到97%,但平均成绩提高空间不大。因此,组合训练和传统单一训练方式各具优点,通过障碍性项目的对比,能够看出组合训练法更适合提高学员军事体育的综合能力,适应军事化训练的需求。 以问卷调查的方式研究参与组合训练后学员对训练方法的自我评定。从问卷分析看,学员希望结伴有针对性的进行训练,五大身体素质前三项分别是力量、耐力、速度,59%的人认为组合训练强度大于传统训练,训练后疲劳感为有点累但很快能恢复,90%的人认为组合训练方法能够激发自己参与军事体能训练的积极性,过半数的人觉得组合训练法的实施任然应该贯穿在军事体能训练单元中(传统单一训练与组合训练在军事体育教学单元里交替实施)。 通过实验与理论分析,组合训练对于提高学员综合体能素质有积极作用,激发学员的积极性和兴奋性,运动参与热情较高,使学员速度耐力及力量耐力方面的综合能力有侧重点的得到发展,激发学员潜在能力,有利于培养军队的复合型军事人才。在军事训练过程中合理安排组合训练从而更加有效地提高学员军事体能素质,提高单兵作战能力。总而言之,把各种素质和训练方法融合在一起的组合训练方法是军队加强军人综合体能素质的发展趋势,也是贴近实战训练的需要,合理控制运动负荷,组合训练与传统训练交叉结合,有针对性的实施训练方法,对学员的军事体能训练起到了更好的训练效果。

With the rapid development of high and new technology that is widely used in military, it’s not just for military weapons and equipment operational theory, establishment system have a significant impact, and puts forward new requirements for military personnel. As constituting the basic requirements of the war, it is the main part of the war, in the grasp of advanced science and technology , comprehensive fitness of soldiers must be strengthened at the same time. The rapidly changing of the war’s form required that soldiers should have good psychological quality and strong ability to adapt and lasting strength. All military skills are built on the basis of good physical fitness, in order to meet the needs of modern warfare, military physical quality is no longer a single requirement about strength, endurance, but more comprehensive physical military itself. It asked military physical supply which can transit from aerobic stamina to anaerobic and aerobic energy supply methods, various combinations with quality and ability of integrated embodiment, attach more importance to the development of strength endurance and speed endurance. In this paper, according to the needs of military physical fitness training, through the teaching practice in military sports, combined with the theoretical research and experimental contrast analysis, put forward his views on military physical training, military physical fitness training for teaching and research as a reference.This research USES the literature material method, experimental method, logical analysis, questionnaire survey method, mathematical statistics method to the "combination of training method" in the military physical teaching effectively which improves teaching research of military physical education. I think "combination of training method is suitable for the development trend of military sports, and is good for improving military physical quality has a positive and effective role. The results are shown as follows: 1. The combined training method has been applied in areas of high level sports teams and achieved certain results, combined training method based on the experience of the sports training with the demand of military physical diversity, it provided valuable reference for military sports educational reform. 2. By designing combination training experiment, I analyzed the experiment results respectively according to a total of 74 Class 20121261 and Class 20131261. Finally the experimental group improved much more than the control group. Class 20121261 in the comprehensive examination project landing on the sea island which was about 400 meters disorders group per capita increased 37 seconds, pass rate increased by 10%. For 5000 meters endurance project , the experimental group increased by 5% than the control group. The upper body strength project pull-ups is proportional to the obstacle project. After Class 20131261 after half of the semester and winter’s training, within 8 weeks of intensive training, using the combination training methods to improve newborn physical examination rate increase by amplitude is bigger, from 31% to 97%. But the average improvement in space is not large. Therefore, the combination of training and traditional single training method each has its advantages, through comparing the obstacle project, can see the combination training method is more suitable for improvement of the students' comprehensive ability of military sports, meet the needs of military training. 3. Through the questionnaire survey, as part of combination training students self assessment survey after the training. From the questionnaire analysis, targeted training students hope company, five physical quality first three strength, endurance, speed. More than 59% of people think that the training intensity is greater than traditional training. After training fatigue is a little tired but soon can resume, 90% of people think that combine training method can motivate themselves to participate in the enthusiasm of military physical fitness training, more than half of people think that the implementation of the combined training method still should be through in military physical training unit (special combination of training and traditional training alternates). 4. By experiment and theoretical analyzing, combined training have positive role to improve the students comprehensive physical quality, stimulate the enthusiasm of students and excitability, sports participation enthusiasm is higher, make students’ speed endurance and strength endurance ability comprehensively focused, and inspire students' potential ability, it is conducive to cultivating the army's military talents. In the process of military training combination of reasonable arrangement of training so as to more effectively improve students' military physical quality, and improve the ability of individual soldiers. Generally speaking, the combined training method with all kinds of quality is the way for army to strengthen the military comprehensive physical quality and that is the development trend, and the combined training method is close to actual combat training requirements. It also can control sports load reasonably. Combination of training and traditional training cross combination, the implementation of targeted training method, the military physical training of students played a better training effect.
