基于教师效能这一指标的教师增值性评价是国内教师评价体系改革的方式之一,它主要聚焦于学生学业成绩的进步,与单纯的教师对学生学习成绩的影响。教师个体所拥有的知识,无论是关于学科的知识还是关于教学的知识,对教师的教学效果有着重要的影响。基于学科教学知识(PCK)的数学教学知识(MKT)是国际教师发展研究,特别是教师知识领域的研究趋势。因此,对教师效能水平的现状进行调查研究,并探索教师MKT会教师效能产生的影响,有助于发现教师教学的薄弱环节,为教师专业发展提供方向。
本文收集G省S市七、八年级上、下学期期末考试数据每次每年级约40000份,以及S市七、八年级骨干教师MKT有效成绩共60份,利用田纳西增值评价模型(TVAAS),对教师效能进行计算,使用SPSS20.0软件对教师效能进行现状分析,并研究教师MKT对其的影响。结果显示:1. S市教师效能在学区、学校维度方面都有明显的差异,呈现两级分化的特点,这可能与其地域和人口分布有关。2. MKT中有关内容与学生的知识对教师效能有着显著的积极影响,与其他学者研究得出的KCS对学生的学业成绩影响最大的结论有着一致性。

Teacher Value-added Assessment based on the indicator of teacher effect is one of the ways in which the domestic teacher evaluation system has been reformed to focus on the progress of student academic achievement and simply the impact of teachers on student learning outcomes. The knowledge possessed by individual teachers, both about the subject matter and about teaching, has a significant impact on teachers' teaching effectiveness. Mathematical Knowledge for Teaching (MKT) based on Pedagogical Content Knowledge (PCK) is an international trend in teacher development research, particularly in the area of teacher knowledge. Therefore, investigating the current status of teacher effect’s levels and exploring how teacher MKT would affect teacher effect would help identify weaknesses in teacher teaching and provide directions for teacher professional development.
About 40,000 copies of the final exam data of the first and second semester of the seventh and eighth grades in S city of G province were collected for each grade, as well as a total of 60 valid scores of MKT of the backbone teachers in the seventh and eighth grades in S city. Using the Tennessee Value-Added Assessment Model (TVAAS), teacher effect was calculated, and the SPSS 20.0 software was used to analyze the current situation of teacher effect and to study the influence of teacher MKT on it. The results showed that: 1. there were significant differences and bifurcation in teacher effect in the school district and school dimensions in S city. This may be related to its geographical and demographic distribution. 2. the knowledge of content and student in MKT had a significant positive impact on teacher effect, which is consistent with other scholars' studies that concluded that KCS has the greatest impact on students' academic achievement.
