因Hg2+的独特性质,目前其荧光传感器依然存在合成难度大、荧光信号复杂等不足之处。本文据此设计并合成了一种新型喹唑啉化合物,可以作为检测Hg2+的OFF-ON型荧光传感器。通过荧光滴定和结合常数的分析可以证明Hg2+与喹唑啉进行配位,形成1:1的配合物。同时合成并测定了其硫酸盐加合物的晶体结构用以佐证配位形式。

Due to the unique properties of Hg2+, its fluorescent chemosensors still have several disadvantages such as difficulty in synthesis and complexity in fluorescence signals. In this paper, a novel quinazoline derivative compound was designed and synthesized, which can be used as an OFF-ON fluorescence sensor for detecting mercury ion. By fluorescence titration and analysis of binding constants, it showed that Hg2+ coordinates with quinazoline to form a 1:1 coordination compound. At the same time, the crystal structure of its sulfate adduct explained its coordination formation.
