“21世纪是海洋的世纪”。在新地理课程标准的内容要求以及教材中,海洋教育的内容得到了增强,但这些内容在现有教材中分散在不同部分中,如何在梳理彼此关系的基础上进行整合,为培养海洋素养服务,是当前地理教育面临的新问题。
本研究梳理了人教版高中地理教材中有关的海洋教育内容,总结出人教版教材海洋教育内容以海洋自然概况为基础下的海洋资源开发、海洋环境与保护和海洋权益与战略为知识框架。提出海洋教育的教材整合以国家安全为整体目标,在海洋资源开发、海洋环境与保护和海洋权益与战略的路径下,落实资源安全、环境安全和国土安全的具体目标,在过程中培育学生的海洋认知素养、海洋行为素养、海洋道德素养、海洋情感素养、海洋意志品质。以永暑礁开发为例,探索了单元教学理念下海洋教育的具体实施,为优化中学地理中海洋教育的教学提供了案例。

"The 21st century is the century of the ocean". In the content requirements of the new geography curriculum standards as well as in the textbooks, the contents of ocean education have been enhanced, but these contents are scattered in different parts of the existing textbooks, and how to integrate them on the basis of sorting out the relationship between them and serving to cultivate ocean literacy is a new problem facing geography education at present.
This study sorts out the ocean education contents in the high school geography textbooks of the Peoples Education Press version, and summarizes that the ocean education contents of the Peoples Education Press version textbooks are based on ocean resources development, ocean environment and protection, and ocean rights and strategies as the knowledge framework under the natural overview of the ocean. It is proposed that the integration of ocean education materials takes national security as the overall goal, implements the specific goals of resource security, environmental security and homeland security under the path of ocean resource development, ocean environment and protection and ocean rights and strategies, and cultivates students' ocean cognitive literacy, ocean behavioral literacy, ocean moral literacy, ocean emotional literacy and ocean will quality in the process. Taking the development of Yongshu Reef as an example, the specific implementation of ocean education under the concept of unit teaching is explored, which provides a case study for optimizing the teaching of ocean education in secondary school geography.
