随着我国经济的发展和居民收入水平的提高,对商业银行理财产品的需求越来越大,商业银行的理财业务已经成为中间业务收入来源的重要组成部分。我国商业银行的理财产品于2004年开始发行,虽然与国外相比起步较晚,但是凭着商业银行所拥有的庞大的客户资源,以及符合客户投资需求的产品设计,银行的理财产品在十年内迅速发展。在国内商业银行理财产品登上历史舞台后不久,中国农业银行于2005年发行第一只人民币理财产品,正式开展理财业务。之后在市场竞争、自身业务发展和利益最大化的多重驱动下,农业银行的理财业务步入快行轨道,发行产品不断增加、募集规模日益扩大、投资渠道也更加多样化。凭着稳健行远的经营策略,农业银行的多款理财产品在竞争大潮中取得骄人的投资业绩,连续多年在不同的评选机构的年度评选中获得多个优秀理财产品的荣誉,理财业务战绩辉煌、蒸蒸日上。虽然农行目前发行的理财产品取得了一些成绩和荣誉,但是依然在产品种类、理财服务、风险控制、信息披露等多方面存在着诸多问题,这也是目前我国商业银行理财业务所存在的共同问题。近几年来,随着理财业务规模的快速增长,风险事件发生的次数也愈发频繁,人民银行和银监会都加大了对商业银行理财业务的监管力度,不断出台监管办法和要求,规范商业银行理财产品的发展。目前农业银行的理财产品和理财服务与其他银行相比同质化现象依然严重,开展业务的创新动力不足。若想在理财市场多家银行的激烈竞争之中立于不败之地,农业银行必须对现有理财业务进行梳理,寻找可持续发展的创新之路。本文从商业银行理财业务的发展情况出发,对我国商业银行的理财业务进行简要的概述,进而针对中国农业银行的理财业务展开详细的论述。首先介绍农业银行理财业务的发展历程,然后对其业务发展的现状进行分析,从不同角度指出农业银行理财业务存在的问题与不足。最后,根据金融创新的理论,对发展农业银行的理财业务从产品设计、理财服务等多个角度提出创新的建议。

Along with our country economy developing and resident income level increasing, the demand of financial products of commercial banks becomes greater. Financial business has become the main component of the income source in terms of to commercial bank's intermediate business. The commercial bank began to issue financial products in 2004, relatively later than the foreign countries financial market, but the scale of bank financing products achieves a rapid development in last decade, because of the considerable client resource and good product design which meeting the client's investing demands closely.Since the commercial bank financial products turned up, the Agricultural Bank of China (ABC as the abbreviation below) issued the first RMB financial products in 2005, which is its official launch into financial business. With the multiple driving of market competition, self-business development and benefits maximization, the financial business of ABC shifts into a fast pathway. As a result, the number of issuant products is increasing, the scale of investing is expanding, and the investment channels are becoming more and more diversified.  By the promotion of a moderate operating strategy, ABC obtains a great achievement under a competitive circumstance, achieving remarkable performance of a variety of financial products.Although the financial products of ABC have made some achievement and honor, many problems exist in product types, financial services, risk control, information disclosure and other aspects, these problems are common present statuses among our country commercial bank financial services. In recent years, with the rapid growth of financial business scale, the risk events occur more frequently. As a result, the People's Bank of China and the China Banking Regulatory Commission increase the supervision of commercial bank financial services, through introducing regulatory methods and requirements, to standardize the development of the financing products of commercial banks. At present, the homogenization phenomenon of ABC financial products and financial services is still serious, compared with other banks, and the power to carry out business innovation is weak. ABC needs to must, analyze the current financing business and seek a sustainable development road of innovation, in order to remain invincible in the fierce financial market competition. This article starts from the development of commercial bank financial services, then briefs the overview of the commercial bank financial business in our country, and then detailed discusses about the financial business of ABC. The course of development of ABC financial business is introduced firstly, and then I analysis the current situation of its business, point out the existing problem and deficiency of ABC financial services in different angles. Finally, according to the financial innovation theory, I try to provide some innovation suggestions to develop the financial business of agricultural bank, rounding the multiple aspects of product design, operation mode, and service.
