视觉障碍者作为残疾人的一种,在现实生活中面临着诸多心理、行为、文化方面的问题,社会组织承担着为其提供帮助的重要责任,视觉障碍者解决自身问题的关键在于自身能力的增强,增能强调让视觉障碍者运用自身的能力解决困境,社会组织为视觉障碍者增能符合社会工作助人自助的理念。本文探求社会组织促进视觉障碍者增能的方面、增能的实践操作和作用影响,为其他社会组织提供经验,并且增加国内关于视觉障碍者增能的本土化研究。 通过对相关的文献梳理,笔者发现国内社会组织关于增能方面界定模糊且缺乏系统性,单独针对视觉障碍者增能的研究少之又少。笔者利用参与H社会组织心目影院项目评估的机会,发现该项目是专门以视觉障碍者为服务对象,不仅项目本身具有独特性,而且其中的视觉障碍者能力的变化也十分显著。所以本文以H社会组织心目影院项目为例,从增能视角出发,通过个案研究的方法深入案例,利用半结构访谈法、参与式观察和焦点小组收集资料,结合增能理论、马斯洛需要层次理论、优势视角理论、参与改变理论等理论基础,通过对相关访谈资料的整理分析,得出视觉障碍者哪些方面得到了增能,项目中如何进行操作,以及这些增能的作用延伸的结论。以H社会组织心目影院项目为例,最终从中总结出社会组织如何才能有效的完成视觉障碍者的增能,为社会组织提供经验。 本文得出的结论为: 第一,社会组织设计符合视觉障碍者切身需求并且具有持续性吸引力的项目作为增能的“引桥”。 第二,在活动中运用专业的理念和方法促进视觉障碍者在心理上达到真正的尊重和接纳的增能、行为上社群感建立的增能、文化上见世面长见识的增能,“引桥”之后三方面的增能同等重要。 第三,社会组织需要将专业化的活动设计、平等的相处模式、社会化的动员等实践操作相结合,为增能助力。增能的实际效果和作用延伸,可以体现在相关受益方和反助社会两方面。 社会组织为视觉障碍者增能能够切实帮助视觉障碍者融入社会,发挥增能在项目运作中的作用,关注视觉障碍者能力的增强,不仅有利于视觉障碍者自身,也可以为家庭、社会产生积极作用,因此,需要各个社会组织共同行动起来丰富增能的应用实践性。

Visually impaired people, as a kind of disabled people, face many psychological, behavioral, and cultural issues in real life, social organizations have an important responsibility to help them, and the key to the visually impaired to solve their own problems lies in their own capabilities. The empowerment emphasizes that the visually impaired use their own abilities to solve difficult situations. Social organizations increase the ability of visually impaired people is conforms to the idea of social work: help others and self-help. This thesis seeks to explore the aspects of empowerment of the visually impaired, the practical actions and effects of the empowerment of social organizations, provide experience for other social organizations, and increase domestic research on the empowerment of visually impaired people. By sorting out the relevant literature, the author finds that the definition of empowerment in domestic social organizations is vague and lacks systemic, and that there are few studies on empowerment for visually impaired individually. The author took the opportunity of participating in the evaluation of the H social organization's xinmu theater project, found that the project was specifically aimed at visually impaired people. Not only was the project itself unique, but also the ability of the visually impaired was changed significantly. So this thesis takes the H social organization's xinmu theater project as an example, and from the perspective of empowerment, the case studied in-depth through case studies, using semi-structured interviews, participatory observations and focus groups to collect data, combining the theoretical basis of the theory of empowerment, Maslow's hierarchy of needs, the theory of strength perspective, the theory of participation change, through the analysis of relevant interview data, and then find out the conclusion of which aspects of the visually impaired have been empowered, how the project is operating, and the further effect of these empowerment. Taking the H social theater project as an example, in the end, it sums up how social organizations can effectively accomplish the empowerment of the visually impaired. This article concludes: First, social organizations design projects that meet the immediate needs of the visually impaired and have a sustained attractiveness as a “bridge” for empowerment. Secondly, professional ideas and methods are used to promote visually-impaired people to achieve the empowerment of true respect and acceptance in mental, the empowerment of the sense of community building in behavior, and the empowerment of see the world and gain knowledge in culture. The three aspects of "empowerment" after the “bridge” are equally important. Third, social organizations need to combine professional activity design, equal living pattern, socialized mobilization and other practical operations to support the empowerment. The actual effects and function extension of empowerment can be reflected in both the relevant beneficiaries and helping the society in turn. Social organizations for the visually impaired are able to effectively help the visually impaired to integrate into the society, exert he role of empowerment in the operation of the project, and the attention is paid to the enhancement of the visually impaired people's ability not only to the visually impaired themselves, but also to families and society. Actively, therefore, it requires the social organizations to act together to enrich the practical application of empowerment.

 本人通过两年社会工作的学习,积极参与专业实习,参与了2017年北京市西城区残联定向项目评估工作。之后学生在导师陶传进教授的指导下,参考国内外已有相关的研究,通过本人实际参与项目、观察走访,通过个案研究的方法进行研究,论文题目为:社会组织促进视觉障碍者的增能研究——以H社会组织心目影院项目为例。论文于2018年4月19日最终定稿。
