事例教学是道德与法治教师在进行教学设计时常用的教学方法。根据事例所反映的社会意义可以分为正面事例和负面事例。正面事例对于帮助学生树立正确的价值观、树立正能量的榜样形象等方面都有积极的作用,但是负面事例在教学中的作用以及效果却经常受到学科教师的忽视。本文通过问卷调查,进一步明确了在道德与法治课程中负面事例运用不规范、不成熟的现状。在此基础上从课程设计的三大基础:社会基础、心理基础、知识基础三个角度论证负面事例是否可以在义务教育中小学阶段的道德与法治课程中应用。最后提出应该从教材设计、教师教学等方面入手改进义务教育中小学阶段的道德与法治课程中负面事例的运用。

example teaching is a teaching method frequently used by Morality and law-administration courses in teaching design. According to the social significance reflected by the example, it can be divided into positive example and negative example. Positive examples play a positive role in establishing correct values and positive example image, but negative examples are often ignored in teaching. This paper further clarifies the current situation of non-standard and immature application of negative examples in Morality and law-administration courses through questionnaire survey. On this basis, this paper demonstrates whether negative examples can be applied in Morality and law-administration courses in primary and secondary schools of compulsory education from three aspects of curriculum design: social basis, psychological basis and knowledge basis. At last, this paper suggests that we should improve the use of negative examples in Morality and law-administration courses in primary and secondary schools from the aspects of textbook design and teachers' teaching.
