海德格尔认为这一更为根本的现象是时间性。操心的三个组成环节与时间性的三种绽出方式一一对应，生存论性质对应将来，实际性对应曾是，沉沦对应当前，而时间性的本质即是在各种绽出样式的统一中到时，时间性的诸绽出样式互为前提，相互说明，是一个有机的整体。时间性诸绽出样式的互为前提及统一到时确保了操心结构的整体性，从而保证了此在生存在世的整体性。
本文立足于《存在与时间》，揭示出海德格尔哲学以时间性保证了操心结构的统一性，虽然《存在与时间》本身的未完成使得海德格尔既未能确立一个统一的存在概念，也最终未能找到一种能够作为存在之理解视野的时间性。但《存在与时间》已完成的部分依然揭示出时间性是海德格尔思想体系中不可或缺的一部分。

In the first part of "Being and Time," Heidegger characterizes various phenomena of being-in-the-world using the phenomenological method, demonstrating in detail the basic features of the structure of existence. Specifically, these features include the existence, facticity, and falling. After presenting the different characteristics of the structure of existence, Heidegger's task is to reveal the essential connections between these features and to understand and grasp the phenomenon of being-in-the-world as a whole by unifying these existential features in a holistic way. Heidegger uses the term "care"(Sorge) to signify this unity in being. However, in the analysis of the structure of care, it is found that the structure of care is decomposed into components. The unity of these components still needs further explanation. This implies that in order to ensure the unity of care, it is necessary to show the more fundamental and underlying basis behind care, which guarantees the unity of the various structures of care.
Heidegger believes that this more fundamental phenomenon is temporality. The three components of care correspond to the three ways in which time discloses itself: existence corresponds to the future, facticity corresponds to the having-been, falling corresponds to the present. The essence of temporality lies in the unity of the various ways in which time discloses itself. The interdependence and unity of the various ways in which time discloses itself ensure the integrity of the structure of care, thereby guaranteeing the integrity of being-in-the-world as a whole.
This article is based on "Being and Time," revealing how Heidegger's philosophy ensures the unity of the structure of care through temporality. Although the unfinished of "Being and Time" prevented Heidegger from establishing a unified concept of being and ultimately finding a temporality as the possible horizon for understanding of being, the completed parts of "Being and Time" still demonstrate that temporality is an indispensable part of Heidegger's philosophical system.
