为适应科学技术发展，文学、音乐等作品的传播进入数字化模式，著作权保护从传统传播方式延伸到数字环境。自2004年开始，中国音乐进入数字化时代，数字音乐著作权相关立法和司法实践虽在不断完善中，但中国数字音乐著作权保护方面仍滞后于数字音乐产业的发展。本文从著作权集体管理制度、数字音乐付费制度运营、立法及司法实践等多方面分析，通过与国际立法、实践的经验借鉴与对比，根据中国数字音乐著作权保护现状，为完善中国数字环境下音乐著作权保护制度提出了可行性建议。

In order to adapt to the development of science and technology, literature, music and other works spread into the digital mode, copyright protection extends from the traditional means to the digital environment. Since the beginning of 2004, Chinese music came into the digital age, although digital music copyright-related legislation and judicial practice are constantly improving, Chinese digital music copyright protection is still lagging behind the development of digital music industry. Based on the analysis of copyright and collective management system, the operation of digital music paid system, legislation and judicial practice, this paper draws lessons from and compares with the experience of international legislation and practice. According to the present situation of copyright protection of digital music in China, this paper puts forward some feasible proposals to improve the copyright protection system of Chinese digital music.
