个体的每一次选择都可能带来人生格局或画面的改变,如何更加自主地去生活有助于人们自信、愉悦地活在当下。研究生群体作为心理发展程度更加成熟的对象,在自主发展过程中会遇到更多复杂而繁重的人生议题,如何保持良好的自主性,进而提升自我价值感和主观幸福感是值得研究的课题。本研究通过对硕士研究生群体自主性满意度、自主性发展领域及构成要素等进行探索,最终将自主性的内涵定义如下:自主性是个体在充分认识内在需要和环境信息的基础上,能够积极利用当下的资源独立制定目标或进行选择,按照自身真实意愿采取行动的个性品质。通过对10名硕士研究生的自主性发展状况进行访谈,本文采用了共识性质性研究方法对收集的资料进行分析,研究结果显示:1.受访硕士研究生的自主性发展水平普遍呈上升趋势并相对稳定,大多数个体对自主性发展的整体满意度在中等以上,部分对自主性发展水平不太满意;2.从受访硕士研究生自主性发展的重点领域来看,主要集中在学业领域、职业领域、婚恋领域、交友领域、日常生活领域。尤其在学业领域、婚恋领域、职业领域方面,面临不同程度的新挑战。 3.自主性的构成要素包括:自我认知;环境认知;资源利用;独立性;行动力。其中,独立性和行动力对于个体评估自主性满意程度的影响较大。4.受访硕士研究生自主性发展主要受以下因素影响:家庭因素、个性特征、社会支持、同伴影响、经济独立程度等因素。其中,在重大选择方面,自主性受家庭因素中的父母心理控制影响较大。本研究旨在真实地反映硕士研究生群体的自主性发展状况,弥补了过往自主性研究中针对该群体的研究不足,更加全面、清晰地描述硕士生群体的自主性发展状况,探索其影响因素,进而对心理咨询中评估个体自主性发展现状以及个体如何提升自主性水平和个体自主性发展满意度具有一定的指导意义,但是本研究中的结论推广性存在不足,需要研究者后续展开更为深入的探索。

Every individual choice may bring life-changing pattern or screen. How to live more independently helps people become more confident and cheerful to live in the moment. As a more mature object, graduate students will encounter more complex and burdensome life issues in the process of self-development. Faced with choices, how to maintain good autonomy, setting goals or to make a choice in accordance with the wishes of the inherent truth, and thus enhance the sense of self-worth and subjective well-being is worthy of study.Individual autonomy is a personality trait of those people who make active use of current resources for setting goals, based on fully aware of the basic internal needs and environmental information, while they have independent right to choose and to decide to be able to act in accordance with their true wishes. It used qualitative research method to analyze the data collected, thought the interview of autonomous development with ten graduate students. The results showed as below.1.The level of autonomy of respondents is in the development of general upward trend and relatively stable. Most individual’s satisfaction with the development of autonomy is above average, while some of them are not satisfied.2.From key areas of development in terms of graduate student’s autonomy, it faces new challenges to varying degrees, mainly in academic development, career development, marriage relationships, peer interaction, daily life management, especially in the first three ones.3.The structure of autonomy include: self-awareness, environmental awareness, internal and external resources, independence and mobility. Among them, the factors such as independence and mobility had a greater effect on the individual assessment of the degree of satisfaction with the autonomy.4.The development of Graduate autonomous is mainly affected by the following factors: family factors, personality traits, social support, peer influence, economic independence and other factors. In some major choice, parents’ psychological control in family factors has a strong influence on the degree of autonomy.This study aims to make a true reflection of the circumstance of autonomy development for the population of graduate student, make up the historical study of specific group of graduate student, make a more comprehensive and clear description of the group's autonomy and development process, explore the influencing factors. And then it also has some significance on the assessment of the status of individual autonomy and how to improve the level of autonomy and satisfaction in counseling field. Nevertheless, the practice still slightly less, needs to be compensated by subsequent research.
