技术的普及和渗入使得各个领域之间的关联性越来越大，“破圈”现象也由此产生。河南卫视出品的“中国节日”系列栏目中的舞蹈节目是近期受到大众关注的主要讨论对象。编导利用5G、AR等数字化科技手段创新了舞蹈的创作手法，网络传播的形式也让晚会舞蹈在大众之间的传播更加便捷。舞蹈也不局限于以往“合家欢”的主题和歌伴舞的形式，而是利用精美的舞美设计、独特的技术加持，以符合现代人审美视角的表现方式重新演绎中华故事，并因此而得到了现代社会广大观众，特别是广大年轻观众的青睐和认可。科学技术的加持、表述手法的创新，以及传播方式的改变不仅使得群众与舞蹈之间的距离缩短，也在无形中提高了大众的民族认同感；传播方式的突破不仅创新了编导们对于作品的编创，也对观众们欣赏舞蹈节目有着一定的影响；可移动设备、互联网传播平台等都为当下观众欣赏舞蹈带来了极大的便捷。本文以“中国节日”中的舞蹈节目为研究对象，研究该系列中“科技展示与传统文化融合、大众传播与网络平台助力”等新的编创、传播手法，以及这些新的手法对舞蹈编创、舞蹈欣赏、舞蹈传播方式、舞蹈主题内涵等方面所带来的影响，并对这一现象进行深度的思考，分析该系列中舞蹈作品的影响和优缺点。
