小微信贷是指针对小微企业的小额信贷业务。因为小微企业的信贷需求具有 “周期短、额度小、频率高、用款急”的特点，其小额、短期、分散的特点更像将贷款看做零售商品，以租赁的方式获取利息收益模式。伴随我国金融市场的逐步开放，全国各省市都在探索开放小额贷款领域给民间资本。而民间资本也期望进入这样一个以前相对封闭的领域以获得更多的利润和发展空间。在这种大环境的孵化下，小额信贷公司大量的涌现。与小微信贷企业快速成长共同产生的问题是小微信贷企业管理力量不足、管理水平不够、资金风险大、长期策略不清晰等一系列的问题。在没有理清发展思路、完善风险管控、规范制度的情况下，很多小额信贷公司通常无法稳定的前行甚至不能够坚持多长时间就关门大吉了。本人以上海市JH投资的股东身份参与公司的管理与决策。本文则以上海JH投资公司为例，提出企业的经营现状、管理状态、风险管控等方面存在的问题，结合风险管理理论和内部控制理论进行分析，以公司的长期发展和盈利为目标，对阻碍这一目标实现的涉及公司管理及业务相关诸多风险提供解决方案建议，并加以实施，最终为建立风险管理体系做好充分的准备。

Small loan is to base on credit operations for small and micro businesses. Because small business demand for credit loan has characteristic like "short cycle, small amount, high frequency, urgency" , so the it's always to be considered as retail goods, by way of leasing interest revenue. With the gradual growing of China's financial market, the provinces are exploring open micro-loans to private capital company. Private Capital Company also expects to enter a previously closed field to gain more profits and growth quickly. But the new small loan company and small enterprise need to face the problem of shortage of management skill, capital risk, long-term strategy is not clear and a series of issues. In the absence of development path, risk management, standardize the process, many companies cannot be stable along or even closed quickly.I am a shareholder of JH Company and I joined the company's management and decision-making activities.
