运动表现分析是对运动员和运动队在实际体育比赛和训练以及对普通人群在身体锻炼中表现的直接探析。足球是世界第一运动，是我国学校体育教学的重要组成部分，运动表现分析结合足球进行了广泛研究。其中，球员位置相关研究是一个重要板块，其多与球队的技战术指标和体能指标相结合。然而，传统的描述性分析已经不能有效解释各球员位置之间的复杂比赛行为。

本研究以复杂网络理论、马尔科夫随机过程、情境效应理论为理论基础，旨在探究各球员位置之间的复杂联系。本文运用文献资料法、录像观察法、复杂网络分析法、马尔科夫诊断分析法等方法，对2020赛季中超联赛江苏苏宁易购20轮共20场比赛的比赛录像和创冰大数据网中的传球数据进行统计、分析。研究各球员位置及其传球联系对球队表现的影响。研究得出以下结论：

（1）出场球员的球员位置灵活，主教练在进攻和防守上的战术布置灵活，灵活的战术布置带来多样的打法，增加了获得比赛胜利的概率。球队中，外援的球员位置起着重要的作用。5名外援保证着极高的出勤率，构成了球员位置上的中轴线，在组织进攻和组织防守上都起到了关键作用。本土球员多数在边路的球员位置进行轮换，参与组织进攻和组织防守。4－4－2阵型、3－4－3阵型、5－3－2阵型为江苏苏宁易购在比赛中使用最多的比赛阵型。在面对不同实力的球队时使用不同的阵型，4－4－2阵型、3－4－3阵型作为进攻阵型。5－3－2作为防守阵型。3种阵型中，边路的球员位置十分灵活，可随时根据比赛形势，通过球员位置的调整，做出比赛阵型的变化。总结得出，球员位置灵活，球员位置中轴线搭建牢固，阵型安排得当，是江苏苏宁易购在比赛中取胜的重要原因。

（2）后卫线上DC对球队的比赛表现影响排名第一，是球队组织进攻和组织防守的大脑。中场线上AMC是除DC外对球队的比赛表现影响排名第二，是球队组织进攻的推进器。锋线上LST对球队比赛表现影响排名第三，是球队强力的进攻终结点。总结得出，相比右路，江苏苏宁易购擅长左路、中路进攻。左路、右路组织进攻时采用了不同的打法。左路进攻时采用直接打法居多，右路进攻时采用传控打法居多。

（3）在组织进攻时，加强LFW至前锋线、中场线，AMC至前锋线，GK至左、右边后卫的传球联系更容易形成TC；加强DMC至前锋线、后卫线，AMC至后卫线，RFW至前锋线，ST至左、右边前卫的传球联系更容易形成STC。总结得出，左路、中路球员位置的进攻配合更容易形成TC\STC，加强LFW、RFW、AMC、DMC、ST、GK这6个位置的传球表现至关重要。

Athletic performance analysis is a direct analysis of the performance of athletes and sports teams in actual sports competitions and training, as well as physical exercise in the general population. Football is the number one sport in the world and an important part of physical education teaching in schools in my country. The analysis of sports performance has been extensively studied in conjunction with football. Among them, the research on player position is an important part, which is mostly combined with the technical and tactical indicators and physical fitness indicators of the team. However, traditional descriptive analysis has been unable to effectively explain the complex game behavior among the players' positions.

Based on the theory of complex networks, Markov stochastic processes, and situational effects, this study aims to explore the complex connections between player positions. This paper uses the literature method, video observation method, complex network analysis method, Markov diagnostic analysis method and other methods to collect statistics and analyze the game video of 20 matches in 20 rounds of The Chinese Super League Jiangsu Suning Tesco football club and the passing data in the Chuangbing Big Data Network. Study the impact of individual player positions and their connections on team performance. The study concluded the following:

(1)The player position of the players who appear is flexible, the manager＇s tactical arrangement in attack and defense is flexible, and the flexible tactical arrangement brings a variety of playing styles, increasing the probability of winning the game. In the team, the position of the player of the foreign aid plays an important role. The 5 foreign players guarantee a very high attendance rate, form the central axis of the player＇s position, and play a key role in organizing the attack and organizing the defense. Most of the local players rotate in the player positions on the wing, participating in the organization of the attack and the organization of the defense. The 4-4-2 formation, 3-4-3 formation, and 5-3-2 formation are the most used match formations in jiangsu Suning Tesco football club in the competition. Different formations are used against teams of different strengths, with 4-4-2 formations and 3-4-3 formations as offensive formations. 5-3-2 as a defensive formation. In the three formations, the position of the players on the side is very flexible, and the change of the game formation can be made at any time according to the game situation and through the adjustment of the player＇s position. It can be concluded that the flexible position of the players, the solid construction of the central axis of the player position, and the proper arrangement of the formation are the important reasons for Jiangsu Suning Tesco to win the game.

(2) Defender Line DC ranks first in terms of influence on the team＇s performance, and is the brain of the team to organize the attack and organize the defense. The midfield line AMC is the second most influential team on the performance of the team outside of DC, and is the propeller of the team＇s organization of attacks. The LST on the front line ranks third in terms of impact on the team＇s performance and is the team＇s strong offensive end point. It can be concluded that compared with the right road, Jiangsu Suning Tesco is good at attacking on the left and middle roads. The left and right sides use different ways of playing when organizing the attack. Most of them use direct play when attacking on the left side, and mostly use the pass control play method when attacking on the right side.

(3) When organizing the attack, it is easier to form TC by strengthening the LFW to the forward line, the midfield line, the AMC to the forward line, and the GK to the left and right defenders; Strengthening the passing connection between DMC to forward line, defender line, AMC to defender line, RFW to forward line, ST to left and right forward line is easier to form STC. It can be concluded that the player positions on the left and middle are more likely to form TCSTC, and it is crucial to strengthen the passing performance of the 6 positions of LFW, RFW, AMC, DMC, ST and GK.
