自1997年语文大讨论发轫以来，社会各界都以前所未有的热情关注起我国中小学语文教育改革的问题。在这场大讨论中，钱理群明确提出以“立人”作为教育的终极目标，语文教育应该重视人文素养的熏陶。这一思想因其系统性和深刻性成为了语文大讨论的主流观点，钱理群先生也因此成了 一个关注的中心，甚至一种别开生面的“现象”。他以深厚的个人学养，“门外”的特殊视角为我国的中小学语文教育改革“把脉”，带来了很多新鲜而发人深省的理念。本文并不满足于单纯地对钱理群教育思想进行二次阐释，而是力图挖掘其带给我们的启迪，来丰富我们当前语文教改的思路。为此，本文将以钱理群现象生发的个人原因作为论述的起点，依次论述钱理群带给我们的教育理念，具体的教育主张，并且试图阐释出钱理群作为一种语文教育改革的“门外”现象所带给我们的社会意义，呼唤更多的人来关注中小学语文教育改革问题。

Since the beginning of Chinese Education Discussion in 1997, all the corners in society were enthusiastic for the Chinese education reform of elementary and high school in country.In this discussion,Qian Liqun definitely considered the"Li Ren"as the ultimate objective of education. He thought that Chinese education should attach importance to cultural edification. This thought has been the mainstream viewpoint of Chinese Education Discussion because of its system and profundity. Mr.Qian was therefore the focus and was thought as a unique "phenomenon".His"outdoor"special angle of view gives us many novel and thought-provoking ideas and is fundamental for the Chinese education reform in my country. This paper is unsatisfied to clarify the Mr.Qian's education thought again,instead,we try to find out the edification from Mr. Qian to guide the route of current Chinese education reform. Therefore, this paper originates from the personal reason that Mr. Qian phenomenon appears. We will discuss the education ideas and concrete education claims from Mr. Qian step by step.Furthermore,we try to clarify the social significance that gains from the Mr.Qian's phenomenon-a "outdoor"phenomenon,and call up more people to pay attention to the problems of Chinese education reform in elementary and high school
