2、设计合成了一系列以 8-氟喹啉酰胺为骨架,7-硝基喹啉为桥梁的折叠体,并通过核磁变温实验和高分辨质谱研究了折叠体的螺旋构象。研究发现,只有六聚体是单双螺旋的混合构象,八聚体都是稳定的双螺旋构象。

1. A series of quinoline oligoamide foldamers were designed and synthesized, and achieved chiral recognition of chiral small molecules by nucleophilic reaction. By 1H NMR and CD spectra, When the chiral molecules react with racemic quinoline oligoamide foldamer, diastereoisomers are formed, and two peaks are observed in 1H NMR. When the chiral small molecules react with the chiral quinoline oligoamide foldamers, it was found that when the chirality of chiral small molecules is consistent with chiral quinoline oligoamide foldamer, the chirality of quinoline oligoamide foldamer will be enhanced. 1H NMR exhibited a group of peaks, and the CD spectrum shows signal enhancement. When the chirality of chiral small molecules is inconsistent with chiral quinoline oligoamide foldamer, the chirality of quinoline oligoamide foldamer will be weakened. 1H NMR exhibited two group of peaks, and the CD spectrum shows a decrease in signal.
2. A series of 8-fluoroquinoline oligoamides which were connected by 7-nitroquinoline were designed and synthesized. The helix conformation of the foldamers was studied by NMR and high resolution mass spectrometry. It is found that only hexamer is a mixed conformation of single and double helices, and the octamer is a stable double helix conformation.
