普通高职高专教育(高等职业教育、高等专科教育的简称)是普通高等教育的重要组成部分,在培养现代社会所急需的技能型人才方面举足轻重。其教学质量直接影响到人才培养的质量。教师教学能力的高低是影响高职高专院校教学质量的关键,直接影响着高职高专院校人才的培养。但是长期以来,教师教学能力没有得到应有的重视,教师的教学能力迫切需要提高。本文在文献综述的基础上,提出高职高专教师要具备有七种教学能力,包括教学认知能力、教学操作能力、教学监控能力、教学表达能力、课程开发能力、实践指导能力和科研能力。按照高职高专教师教学能力结构,设计了高职高专教师教学能力问卷。以河南某高等专科学校为个案调查高职高专教师的教学能力。笔者分别对教师和学生发放了问卷,并结合访谈法,对该校的教学能力情况进行调研。调查结果表明,该校教师的教学能力处于中等水平,教师教学能力需要提高。并且进一步分析了造成教师教学能力缺乏的深层原因,即教师和学校的长期不重视和失衡的教师评价体系。最后,研究指出了从教师个人和学校两个方面来提高高职高专院校教师教学能力的对策。教师要增强教师自主发展的意识;要学会终身学习,完善知识结构;要转变教育观念,加强教学反思;要提高实践技能,努力成为“双师型”教师;开展科学研究,提高创新能力。学校方面要营造良好的环境,建立融洽的组织文化;要促进教师的交流与合作;要强化教师培训体系;要重视教师实践能力,提倡“双师型”教师;要完善考评制度,提高教学能力。

General vocational education (higher vocational education, higher professional education for short) is an important part of regular higher education, in developing the skills needed by modern society talents important role to play. Directly affects the quality of its teaching quality of personnel training. The level of teaching ability of teachers of vocational colleges is the key to the quality of teaching, a direct impact on the cultivation of higher vocational colleges. But a long time, teaching ability of teachers did not receive due attention, the teaching ability of teachers to the urgent need to improve.In this paper, based on the literature review, proposed seven vocational teachers must have teaching ability, including the teaching of cognitive ability, teaching ability to operate, monitor teaching ability, teaching skills, curriculum development ability, practical coaching skills and research capabilities.In accordance with the structure of vocational teaching ability of teachers to design a vocational teaching ability questionnaire. Henan College of the case study of a vocational teacher's teaching ability. The author of the teachers and students distributed questionnaires and interviews with, the teaching ability of the school to conduct research. Survey results show that the ability of the school teachers at the middle level, teachers need to improve teaching ability. And further analysis of the causes underlying the lack of teaching ability to reason, that is, teachers and schools are not valued and long-term imbalance between the teacher evaluation system.Finally, the study pointed out that individual teachers and schools from two to Improve College Teaching Ability of College Teachers. Self-development for teachers to enhance the awareness of teachers; to learn life-long learning, improve the knowledge structure; to changing concepts of education, strengthen the teaching reflection; to improve practical skills, and strive to become "Dual-qualified teachers "; to carry out scientific research, improve innovation capabilities.
