高中时期是人生发展中的黄金时期,这一阶段的生涯准备会对成年后的生涯适应产生重要影响。而生涯适应力被视为衡量青少年是否做好了“生涯准备”的核心指标,是每个人在面对未来时,能够对生涯保持关注、好奇、自信和控制的一种能力,受到个体和环境因素的共同影响。本研究基于生活广度-生活空间生涯发展理论、人-环境匹配理论、三元交互决定理论,综合考虑个体因素和环境因素,探讨人格对高中生生涯适应力的影响,以及人际关系在其中起到的中介作用。
研究采用了大五人格问卷、亲子关系亲密度量表、师生关系问卷、同伴关系问卷、生涯适应力问卷对广东省某两所高中共2290名高一和高二学生展开测查,研究发现:
1.我国高中生生涯适应力水平中等,各维度间差异显著,生涯好奇>生涯自信>生涯控制>生涯关注;我国高中生大五人格得分情况:开放性>宜人性>外向性>神经质>责任心;我国高中生在人际关系发展方面,女生的亲子关系、同伴关系、师生关系均显著好于男生。
2.外向性、责任心和开放性与高中生生涯适应力呈现低程度的显著正相关;神经质与生涯适应力呈低程度的显著负相关。外向性、宜人性、责任心、开放性均分别与亲子关系、同伴关系、师生关系呈低程度的显著正相关,神经质则分别与亲子关系、同伴关系以及师生关系呈低程度的显著负相关。人际关系和高中生生涯适应力的相关结果显示,亲子关系与生涯适应力呈低程度的显著正相关,同伴关系与生涯适应力呈中等程度的显著正相关。
3.外向性、责任心、开放性可以显著正向预测高中生的生涯适应力,神经质可以显著负向预测高中生的生涯适应力。
4.亲子关系、师生关系、同伴关系均在外向性、责任心、神经质、开放性这四种人格特质与生涯适应力间起到了部分中介作用。

High School is a critical period of life development. In this stage, career preparation will have an important impact on the level of career adaptation in adulthood. Career adaptability is regarded as the core indicator to measure the success of adolescents' career preparation. It is a comprehensive ability that individuals need to pay attention to, curiosity, self-confidence and career control in the face of future career. It is influenced by both individual and environmental factors. This study is based on Life-span, Life-space career development、Person-Environment Fit and Triadic Reciprocal Determinism, we integrates individual factors and environmental factors, and explores the influence of personality on high school students' career adaptability and the mediating role of interpersonal relationship in it.
The study used Big Five Personality Questionnaire, Parent-Child Closeness Scale, Teacher-Student Relations Questionnaire, Peer Relations Questionnaire and Career Adaptability Questionnaire to test 2290 senior one and senior two students in two high schools in Guangdong Province. The following conclusions were obtained:
1. The career adaptability of high school students in China is generally at the middle level, and there are significant differences in all dimensions. From high to low, they are :career curiosity>career self-confidence>career control >career concern. The Big five personality scores of high school students in China are: openness > agreeableness > extroversion > neuroticism > responsibility. In the development of interpersonal relationship, the parent-child relationship and peer relationship of high school students in China are female students. Teacher-student relationship is significantly better than that of boys.
2. Extroversion, responsibility and openness are positively correlated with high school students' career adaptability to a low degree; neuroticism is negatively correlated with career adaptability to a low degree. Extroversion, agreeableness, responsibility and openness were positively correlated with parent-child relationship, peer relationship and teacher-student relationship, while neuroticism was negatively correlated with parent-child relationship, peer relationship and teacher-student relationship. The results of correlation between interpersonal relationship and career adaptability of high school students show that parent-child relationship is positively correlated with career adaptability to a low degree, while peer relationship is positively correlated with career adaptability to a moderate degree.
3. Extroversion, responsibility and openness can significantly and positively predict high school students'career adaptability, while neuroticism can significantly and negatively predict high school students' career adaptability.
4. Parent-child relationship, teacher-student relationship and peer relationship all play a part of intermediary role between the four personality traits of extroversion, responsibility, neuroticism and openness and career adaptability.
