红色文化中蕴含的思想和精神是党和政府所弘扬的主旋律。红色家书作为红色文化重要的承载体，是开展红色教育不可或缺的宝贵材料。高校图书馆要想用好红色家书资源，赓续红色血脉，必须做好红色家书资源的开发建设，并推动红色教育活动的积极开展。基于以上认识，本文尝试从高校图书馆资源建设的角度对红色家书资源的开发利用工作进行研究。基本思路是通过调研高校图书馆红色家书资源开发建设现状和利用活动开展现状，收集高校图书馆用户需求，从中总结高校图书馆在红色家书资源开发与利用中存在的主要问题以及影响资源开发与利用的关键因素，从而提出高校图书馆红色家书资源开发利用策略。

本研究的调研对象主要是高校图书馆与其用户。本文首先利用网络调查法对91所“双一流”高校图书馆官网呈现的红色家书资源的数量、类型、内容进行调研，并调研官网及官方自媒体平台记录的高校图书馆主办或协办的红色文化教育活动，从中总结高校图书馆红色家书资源开发与利用现状。接着面向全国高校师生展开问卷调查和访谈，了解用户在利用高校图书馆获取与使用红色家书资源过程中的使用体验与服务提升需求。

基于以上调研结果，本研究发现高校图书馆红色家书资源开发利用过程中主要存在的问题有：（1）馆藏资源同质化，其原因主要是图书馆资源采集渠道单一；（2）资源保存不妥善，主要体现在缺少专业的资源保护团队、专门的保存空间和完备的管理规定；（3）资源组织不完善，具体表现有缺乏统一的资源描述标准、数字化程度不高和缺乏统一的管理等；（4）相关活动效果差，主要原因是高校图书馆在组织活动中缺乏专业人才、资金支持、资源供给等。

针对以上问题和用户需求，本研究提出了基于信息生命周期的高校图书馆红色家书资源开发利用策略。策略主要包含以下内容：（1）资源开发过程，可以发掘更多内容和收集更多形式的红色家书资源，也可以拓宽收集资源的渠道；（2）资源保存过程，可以采取组织保护团队、建立保护空间、实施专门管理办法的方式使红色家书资源得到更好保存；（3）资源组织过程，可以从开辟特色分区、优化馆藏呈现和建立特藏数据库三方面提升资源组织效率；（4）资源利用过程，要充分参考用户需求举办既有创意又有教育意义的宣传利用活动；（5）资源共建共享过程，可以与校内其他机构、其他高校图书馆和其他类型单位开展资源共建，实现资源共享互助和资源开发利用效率的共同提升。

The minds and spirit contained in red culture are the main melody promoted by the Communist Party of China and the Chinese Government. Red letters, as an important carrier of red culture, are an indispensable and valuable material for carrying out red education. In order for university libraries to make good use of red letter resources and continue the red blood, it is necessary to develop and construct red letter resources well, and promote the active development of red education activities. Based on the above understanding, this article attempts to study the development and utilization of red family letter resources from the perspective of resource construction in university libraries. The basic idea is to conduct research on the current situation of the development and utilization of red letter resources in university libraries, collect user needs of university libraries, summarize the main problems and key factors affecting the development and utilization of red family letter resources in university libraries, and propose strategies for the development and utilization of red family letter resources in university libraries.

The main research subjects of this study are university libraries and their users. This article first uses network survey method to investigate the quantity, type, and content of red letter resources presented on the official website of university libraries. This research also investigates the red cultural education activities organized or co-organized by university libraries recorded on the official website, and summarizes the current situation of the development and utilization of red family letter resources in university libraries. Next, this research conducts a questionnaire survey among university students nationwide to understand the user experience and service improvement needs in the process of users utilizing university libraries to obtain and use red letter resources.

Based on the above research results, this study finds that the main problems in the development and utilization of red letter resources in university libraries are: (1) Red letter resources in university libraries are homogeneous, mainly due to the single collection channel of the library; (2) Improper resource preservation, mainly reflected in the lack of a professional resource protection team, dedicated storage space, and complete management regulations; (3) The resource organization is incomplete, which is manifested by a lack of standardized information organization and classification system, low level of digitization, and lack of unified management; (4) The main reason for the poor effectiveness of related activities is that university libraries lack professional talents, financial support, and resource supply in organizing activities.

In response to the above issues and user needs, this study proposes a strategy for the development and utilization of red family letter resources in university libraries based on the information lifecycle. The strategy mainly includes following contents: (1) resource development process, which can explore more content and collect more forms of red letter resources, and also expand the channels for collecting resources; (2) The process of resource preservation can be achieved by organizing a protection team, establishing a protection space, and implementing specialized management measures to better preserve the red family letter resources; (3) The process of resource transfer can improve the efficiency of resource organization by opening up characteristic zones, optimizing collection presentation, and establishing a special collection database; (4) In the process of resource utilization, it is necessary to fully consider user needs to organize promotional and utilization activities that are creative and educational; (5) The process of resource co construction and sharing can be carried out with other institutions on campus, other university libraries, and other types of units to achieve mutual assistance in resource sharing and improve the efficiency of resource development and utilization.
