学校作为实施教育的物质场所,对师生产生着潜移默化的影响。已有研究证实学校空间的物理条件、学校氛围等对学生的学习成效、教师工作满意度、学校创新经营等产生积极作用。创新作为21世纪关键能力受到世界各国的关注,培养创新人才已成为21世纪教育实践的主要目标之一。教师作为培养学生创新能力的关键人物,其自身的教学创新对学生产生重要作用。 空间领导(Space Leadership)是校长合理规划、使用和配置学校空间的一种管理行为,目的在于为师生构建优质的学习空间,以促进教学发展、学生成长和教师发展。教师创新教学(Teaching Creativity of Teacher)是教师在教学过程中,基于创新教学理念,创造性地组织教学内容,灵活使用和调整各类教学资源和方法,对学生开展多元评价,以实现教学目标的一种创造性教学行为。 本研究旨在了解我国校长空间领导与教师教学创新的表现现状;探索不同背景变量在校长空间领导和教师教学创新上的差异性情况;分析校长空间领导与教师教学创新的相关情形;探究校长空间领导对教师教学创新的预测力;建构校长空间领导与教师教学创新的结构方程模型。通过校长空间领导与教师教学创新的关系研究,一方面为校长合理规划和设计学校空间提供建议,从而为师生构建优质的教育空间。另一方面辅助明确教师创新激励的重点和关键点,从而推广教师教学创新,培养学生的创新能力。 研究使用问卷调查法,采用分层随机取样的抽样方式,在北京、内蒙古、河南、海南、贵州、甘肃6省分别选取2所小学,共对12所学校的教师发放问卷682份,其中有效问卷为652份,问卷有效率为95.6%。使用SPSS 22.0对数据进行描述性统计分析、T检验、单因素方差分析(one-way ANOVA),皮尔森极差相关分析(PearsonProduct-Moment Correlation);使用Mplus 8.0对数据进行结构方程模型分析。获得如下结论: 1.我国小学校长空间领导表现突出,以‘构建教育空间’维度表现最佳。 2.我国小学教师教学创新表现突出,以‘理念思维创新’维度表现最佳。 3.我国小学以‘重点学校’、‘教龄为5年及以下’的教师在感知校长空间领导上的程度较高。 4. 我国小学以‘重点学校’、‘教龄为5年及以下’、‘高级职称’的教师在教学创新上的表现程度较高。 5.小学校长空间领导与教师教学创新存在高度正相关。 6.小学校长空间领导对教师教学创新具有预测力。 7.小学校长空间领导与教师教学创新的结构方程模型得到支持。 最后,根据研究结论提出以下建议,供研究者、校长、教育行政人员、教师等未来的研究或实践参考。 1.教育行政机关应该赋予校长参与学校建筑空间设计、规划与管理的权力。 2.建构一个包含建筑师、教育者、学生、家长、社区和政府人员等的学校空间管理团队,以满足不同群体的空间需求。 3.实施校长空间领导,激发教师教学创新。 4.鼓励师生参与学校空间的规划与设计,增强师生对学校的归属感和认同感。 5.融合学校空间和教学与课程,最大化地利用学校空间资源。 6.借助学校空间,传递育人理念,实现环境潜移默化的教育功能。 |

As the carrier of education, school space plays an important role in the development on teachers and students.It has been proved that the physical conditions of school space and school atmosphere have positive effects on students' learning effect, teachers' job satisfaction and school innovation management.Creativity, as the key ability of the 21st century, has attracted the attention from all countries. Cultivating creative ability has become one of the main goals of the education practice of all countries in the 21st century.As a key person to cultivate students' creativity ability, teachers' teaching creativity has an important impact on students. Space leadership is a kind of ability for principals to reasonably use and allocate school space by planning and designing school space. It aims to build high-quality learning environments for teachers and students, then to promote the development of school teaching, students' growth and teachers' development. Teachers' teaching creatively is a kind of comprehensive behavior that teachers organize teaching content creatively, use and adjust all kinds of teaching resources and methods flexibly to achieve teaching objectives based on creative teaching ideas. The purpose of this study is to show the current situation of the space leadership of principals and the performance of the creativity of teachers' teaching in primary school, and to explore the differences of different background variables in the space leadership and the creativity of teachers' teaching, and to analyze the relevant situations of the space leadership and the creativity of teachers' teaching, and to explore the predictive power of the space leadership on the creativity of teachers' teaching, and to construct the Structural Equation Model of space leadership and the creativity of teachers' teaching.Through the research on the relationship between the space leadership and the teacher's teaching creativity, on the one hand, it provides suggestions for the principal to reasonably plan and design the school space, so as to build a high-quality education space for teachers and students. On the other hand, it helps to clarify the key points of teachers' creativity incentive, so as to promote teaching creatively and promote the cultivation of students' creativity ability. In this study, questionnaire survey is the main research method and stratified random sampling method was used to select two primary schools in Beijing, Inner Mongolia, Henan, Hainan, Guizhou and Gansu respectively. The total questionnaires is 682 and effective questionnaires is 652, the questionnaire effective rate is 95.6%. SPSS 22.0 and Mplus 8.0 were used to analyze the data including T-test, one-way ANNOVA, Pearson correlation and Structural Equation Model Analysis. The research conclusion as following: 1.The performance of principals’ space leadership at primary schools in our country has reached a high level, and the dimension of "building education space" has the best performance. 2.The performance of teachers’ teaching creativity at primary schools in our country has reached a high level of performance, and the dimension of " the creativity of idea thinking " has the best performance. 3.Teachers who are from "key schools" and have "teaching age of 5 years or less" in primary schools of China have a higher degree of perception of space leadership. 4.Teachers who are from "key schools", "teaching age of 5 years or less" and "senior professional titles" have higher performance in the creativity of teachers’ teaching. 5.There is a high positive correlation between the space leadership and the creativity of teachers' teaching in primary schools. 6.The space leadership can predict the creativity of teachers' teaching in primary schools. 7.The structural equation model of space leadership and the creativity of teachers' teaching is supported. Finally, according to the conclusions of the study, this study puts forward the follow suggestions for future research or practice for researchers, principals, education administrators, and teachers, etc. 1.The educational administrative apartment should empower the principal to engage in designing, planning and management of school space. 2.Construct a school space management team including architects, educators, students, parents, community and government personnel. 3.Stimulating teachers' teaching creativity by conducting space leadership. 4.To enhance the sense of belonging and identity of the school by empowering teachers and students to participate in the plan and design of school space. 5.To promote the maximum utilization of space resources by the integration of school space, teaching and curriculum. 6.Make full use of the influence of environment on teachers and students with the help of combining school mission with school space. |
