随着改革开放不断的深入细化,知识飞速的发展、知识更新频率加快。为了响应“科教兴国”的发展战略,我国对教师的专业技能要求、思想品德要求、心理素质要求也越来越高,教师所面临的新的矛盾和新的问题也越来越多,面对社会的期望和要求,教师们担负着过多的责任和压力,随着时间的积累,产生了职业倦怠,这种现象扰乱了教师们的工作和生活,影响着他们的身心,因此,教师的健康身心是值得我们关注的。 本文以G市G学校初中教师为研究对象,查阅了国内外教师职业倦怠的相关文献,在初步了解国内外职业倦怠的定义、教师职业倦怠的现状及对策的基础上,采用比较成熟的马勒斯职业倦怠量表教师版(MBI-ES)对G学校初中203名教师进行问卷调查和实地访谈收集研究的第一手资料,运用SPSS22.0和Excel对数据进行审核,整理,导出,推导和统计分析。研究发现:G市G学校初中教师大部分存在职业倦怠的现象,在情感衰竭和低成就感方面较为显著。本文以T检验和单因素方差分析作为独立样本,从性别,年龄,教育背景,婚姻状况,是否班主任,教龄,职称,每周课时量,薪资等方面进行了差异分析,并通过问卷和实地访谈总结,得出造成G市G学校初中教师职业倦怠的主要素因:社会因素,学校因素,职业因素,学生因素,个人因素。并针对G市G学校初中教师职业倦怠产生原因,提出相关对策和补救措施。从社会方面看要建立健全相关教师支持体系,保护教师应享有的权益,提高教师待遇,增强尊师重教氛围,扩大教师编制,提升教师社会形象。学校方面看要给予教师合理的培训机会,不断提高教师专业素养,关心教师成长,建立教师心理活动室,有效缓解教师压力和心理情绪。在绩效和职称制度上要建立合理的奖励制度和监察制度,奖罚分明,做到制度公开公平。在个人方面,要全心全意投入到教学教研,提高专业素养和个人修养,提升心理素质和调节能力,对学生多一些宽容和理解,积极乐观的对待工作生活。 总之,通过对G市G学校初中教师职业倦怠的研究,希望能得到社会和各级教育主管部门的重视,提高G市教师的身心健康和教育发展水平, 从根本上找到解决G市G学校初中教师职业倦怠问题的有效对策,让G市的教育成一种良性发展。 |

As reform and openness deepen and improve, the knowledge develops rapidiy and the frequencyaf its updates increses. In order to respond to the country’s development strategies throughthe science of education," China’s demands on professional skills,moral and psychological characteristics of teachers are becoming increasingly high, and teachers are facing an increasing number of newcontradictions of new problems. Burnout, this phenomenon enters thework and life of hauczvcieli and influences their physical and mentalhealth, which is why the healthy mentality of teachers is worth ourattention. This paper takes middle school teachers in G school in G city as the research object, reviews the relevant literature on teacher burnout at home and abroad, and has a preliminary understanding of the definition of teacher burnout at home and abroad, the current situation of teacher burnout and countermeasures based on the more mature Maslach Burnout Inventory Teacher's Edition (MBI-ES) for 203 middle school teachers in G school using a questionnaire and field interview to collect first-hand research. Data were reviewed, organized, exported, derived and statistically analyzed using SPSS22.0 and Excel. The study found that: most of the middle school teachers in G school in G city experienced professional burnout, which was more related to emotional exhaustion and low achievement. The study used t-test and one-way ANOVA as independent samples to analyze the differences in terms of gender, age, education, marital status, whether they were classroom teachers, teaching experience, position, weekly teaching hours and salary and summarized through questionnaires and field interviews to conclude that the main factors causing job burnout among junior high school teachers in schools in G city are: social factors, professional factors, school factors, student factors and personal factors. And to suggest appropriate remedies for the causes of job burnout among junior high school teachers in school in G city. On the social side, it is necessary to establish and improve an appropriate support system for teachers, protect the rights and interests of teachers, improve the treatment of teachers, strengthen the atmosphere of respect for teachers, expand the teaching facility and improve the social image of teachers. On the part of the school, we should provide reasonable training opportunities for teachers, constantly improve their professionalism, take care of their development, and establish a psychological class room for teachers to effectively relieve mental stress and emotions. In performance and system title to establish a reasonable reward system and monitoring system, rewards and punishments are clear, so that the system is open and fair. On the personal side, we should devote ourselves to teaching and research, improve our professionalism and personal development, improve our psychological quality and regulation ability, show more tolerance and understanding for students, and treat our professional life positively and optimistically. In short, through the research on the job burnout of junior high school teachers in G city G, it is hoped that the society and education authorities at all levels can pay attention to improve the physical and mental health and educational development of teachers in G city, and find a fundamental solution to the junior high school in G city G. Effective countermeasures to the problem of teacher burnout have made the education of City G a benign development. |
