随着综合国力的提升,我国在世界上的影响力日益增强,越来越多的国际会议、体育赛事等大型活动在我国举办。这些大型活动为志愿服务的开展搭建了良好的平台,同时,志愿服务也有效的保障了大型活动的顺利举行。然而,由于大型活动的组委会多为临时机构,忽视了志愿服务激励机制的建设,对志愿者成长需求没有足够重视,从而导致人员流失、工作效率低下的情况时有发生。因此,为了更好的激发志愿者的光荣感、荣誉感和成就感,使志愿者以更积极主动的心态投入到志愿工作中,从而保障大型活动顺利成功举行,探索研究大型活动的激励机制是非常有必要的。本文采用了调查研究法、比较研究法和文献分析法,首先对大型活动志愿服务和激励机制的有关概念和理论进行了归纳梳理。在此基础上描述了国内大型活动志愿服务激励机制的现状,包括社会荣誉型激励、社会回馈型激励、自我成就型激励、自我发展型激励、自我价值型激励和自我愉悦型激励。接着通过志愿者参与志愿服务的动机研究,提出了国内大型活动志愿服务激励机制存在的问题,包括社会认同不够、激励方式单一、立法工作滞后、权益保障缺乏、资金匮乏、专业培训不足六个方面。然后,针对以上问题,阐述了一些国家和地区志愿服务激励机制的成功经验。最后,根据以上研究,本文从八个方面提出了完善我国大型活动志愿服务激励机制的建议和举措。主要包括:一是建立社会支持网络,培育志愿服务文化。二是以精神激励为主,建立精神与物质相结合的激励体系。三是进行团队建设,增强志愿者的归属感和集体观念。四是提供政策倾斜,支持志愿者的个人发展。五是完善法律体系,形成志愿服务法律保障。六是加强权益保障,关注志愿者身心健康。七是拓宽资金渠道,为志愿服务提供经费保障。八是加强专业培训,全面提升志愿者的素质和能力。

With further increase of the synthesizing national power, China exerts more and more influence on the world. Many large-scale activities were held in our country such as international conferences, sporting events and so on. These large-scale activities build good platforms for the improvement of volunteer work, while volunteer work also pushes forward the large-scale activities. However, because the organizing committees of the large-scale activities are temporary agencies, they usually ignore the incentive mechanism construction of the volunteer work and pay no attention to the volunteers’ growing demand, many volunteers gave up their volunteer work. Therefore, paying attention to the construction of incentive mechanism and find ways to inspire the volunteers is of great importance to our country.This paper employs the method of survey research, comparative research and literature analysis. First of all, it sums up the relevant concepts and theories of the incentive mechanism of volunteering in large-scale activities. On this basis, it describes the present situation of the incentive mechanism of volunteering in domestic large-scale activities including social honor incentive, reward motivation, self value motivation, self achievement motivation, self development and self pleasure incentives. Then combining with the motivation of volunteers to participate in volunteer service and demand analysis, the paper puts forward the problems existing in the incentive mechanism of the domestic large-scale activities, including lack of social acknowledge, the single incentive method, legislation lag, lack of rights and interests protection, lack of funds, lack of professional training. Then, in view of the above problems, this paper expounds the successful experience of incentive mechanism of some countries and regions in the world.Finally, according to the above research, this paper puts forward countermeasures and suggestions of establishing and perfecting the incentive mechanism of volunteering in domestic large-scale activities from eight aspects. Firstly, we should establish social support network and cultivate the volunteer service culture. Secondly, we should establish a system with the combination of material incentive and spiritual incentive, and spiritual incentive should be in top priority. Thirdly, we should pay attention to team construction, strengthen the volunteer's sense of belonging and collective concept. Fourthly, we should provide preferential policies and support the volunteer's personal development. Fifthly, we should perfect the legal system of volunteering. Sixthly, we should strengthen the rights and interests safeguard, focus on physical and mental health of volunteers. Seventhly, we should broaden the financing channels, provide guarantee funds for volunteer service .Eighthly, we should strengthen the training of volunteers and improve the capacity of them in an all-round way.
