赤峰市地处于内蒙地区东部，属于少数民族欠发达地区，蒙族、汉族是赤峰的主体民族，其中也有一部分回族和满族，经济的不发达，民族语言的差异再加上赤峰的居住地域比较分散，这些都增加了中学语文教育的难度。所以在全国如火如荼地进行高中语文课改的时候，赤峰的语文教育也在努力地探索新的教学方式。笔者来自中学语文教学第一线，在将近十年的高中语文教学中，一直有一个疑惑存在脑海里，文言文到底应该怎么教才是最有效的?长期以来，文言文教学方法陈旧，一直都是教师“逐字逐句”的翻译串讲，以“字字落实，句句落实”作为文言文教学的“八字真经”，学生丧失了主体的学习的地位，成为被动的接受者，学生缺乏学习文言文的积极性，这样长久以来造成文言文教学的“少、慢、差、费”的现象。因此进行高中文言文教学的调查研究，不仅具有理论价值，而且对中学文言文教学具有一定的现实意义。本文针对高中文言文教学现状，结合中学语文教学的一些相关理论，通过对高中生文言文教学现状的调查问卷的分析与研究，以及结合中国文言文传统教学的回顾，并根据语文课程标准对当前高中文言文教学问题的纲领性文件指导，笔者进行了研究分析，并在此基础上提出了几点思考和建议，意图引起人们对高中文言文教学更多的思考和探索。
