改革开放以来，受传统社会性别期待的影响，女性仍然是家庭角色的主要承担者。同时，女性走出家门参与社会成为现代女性解放的标志之一。我国女性在承担家庭角色之余，更多的参与社会活动，承担着家庭和工作双重角色。尤其对于刚刚经历生育事件的女性来讲，其社会性别角色的认同会发生变化，进而影响其社会性别价值观的变化。本研究通过对14位生活在北京地区的年轻高知已婚已育职业女性进行访谈，主要运用角色理论进行分析，发现：被访女性面临着承担双重角色的现实，且在自我角色的选择上希望做到工作和家庭兼顾。同时在社会期待与自我角色实现的双重作用下，将母亲角色和工作角色进行内化。受生育的影响，现代年轻职业女性社会性别价值观表现出以下三个特点：在个人的性别意识层面，女性生育后，性别刻板印象在某些方面有外显的趋势；在家庭的性别决策方面，女性生育后的社会性别角色建构受整个家庭策略选择的制约；在社会的性别参与层面，生育后的女性参与社会的性别认同感，更多的是来自于与家庭、社会相关联的精神层面而非制度和物质层面。针对此结果和情况，建议女性调整自身的角色期待；建议社会形成健全的社会支持体系；建议国家呼吁形成男女性别平等意识。

In the influence of traditional expectation of social role ,woman is still the main responder of family role since the Chinese reform and opening-up. At the same time, female participation in society outside the home is one of the hallmarks of modern women's liberation.They assume the dual role of family and work at the same time. Especially for the woman who is a mother, the identity of the role of social gender is changing so the value of social gender is changing. This paper has interviewed 14 young educated worked women living in Beijing who are married and already have babies, using the role theory to analyze. It found that the interviewees are facing the reality of assuming the dual role of family and work at the same time and in the role of self-selection, they all want to balance work and family. At the same time ,under the dual role of social expectation and the role of self-realization, they internalized the role of being a mother and a worker. In the influence of having babies, the social gender value of the young worked woman demonstrated the following three features: in the aspect of Individual's gender awareness, woman’s gender stereotypes explicited in some ways after having a baby. In the aspect of family gender decision-making, the construction of social gender role of woman is controled by family strategies after having a baby. In the aspect of gender social participation ,the gender identity of social participation is more from the family and society associated with the spiritual, less from the aspect of the system and material. According to this result and situation, it suggested that woman should adjust the role expectation of themselves, that form the inadequate social support system in the social, that call for the formation of gender equality awareness in our country.
