我国正面临着经济转型、产业升级的发展新态势,建设制造业强国的目标推动了职业教育改革创新,尤其是对中等职业教育人才培养标准提出了更高的要求,由技能型人才向高素质技能型人才转变,同时,中职生要适应高速发展的社会及激烈的竞争,需要提升综合能力和素质,因此提高中等职业教育教学质量成为国家、社会和个人的一致诉求。课堂是教学活动的主要阵地,课堂教学水平直接影响一个学校整体的教学质量,以课堂教学诊断为抓手,通过诊断发现问题,进而分析原因,找出改进策略,逐步建立中等职业教育课堂教学“诊改”机制,不断完善教学,提高人才培养水平,是中等职业教育改革发展的必由之路。
本研究以D、G两所职业院校为试点,立足中职课堂教学实际进行案例研究,设计课堂教学诊断方案,并在实施过程中,切实发现课堂教学中的现实问题,提出相应的改进建议,为提升中职课堂教学质量和人才培养水平提供参考。该诊断方案的设计与实施是对中等职业教育课堂教学“诊改”的初步尝试,希望对中职院校切实落实国家“关于建立职业院校教学工作诊断与改进制度”这一政策有所启示,在社会各界共同关注下,促进中职院校早日步入自主、常态化保障教学及人才培养质量的发展阶段,为国家制造业崛起培养并储备人才。

Our country is facing the development of new situation of the economic transformation and industrial upgrading. The goal of rise of manufacturing industry promotes vocational education to reform and innovate. Especially for secondary vocational education, it’s qualified personnel training standard being higher, from the skilled talents to high-quality skilled personnel. At the same time, the students need to improve quality and comprehensive ability for adapting to the high-speed development of society and fierce competition. Thus improving the teaching quality of secondary vocational education becomes the common demand of the state, society and individual. Classroom is the main place of teaching activities. And classroom instruction level directly affects the overall quality of a school. Through classroom instruction diagnosis, we can find real problems. It’s important to put forward improvement strategies and establish the classroom instruction “diagnosing-improving” mechanism. Generally, the main way for secondary vocational education development is perfecting the classroom instruction.
Designing and implementing the scheme of classroom instruction diagnosis in D and G vocational schools is research focus. The study is the preliminary attempt of classroom instruction “diagnose-improving” in secondary vocational education. Hope earnestly to be helpful for secondary vocational schools to carry out the national policy. In conclusion, secondary vocational schools should promote the quality of teaching and qualified personnel training autonomously and regularly with the attention and strength from society.
