在全球商业领域，企业社会责任（英文Corporate Social Responsibility, 缩写为CSR）早已成为一个时尚概念，并且在中国也受到越来越多的关注。无论是关于企业社会责任的普遍性讨论，还是这一概念具体在中国的讨论，都涉及面广泛，面临各种挑战。不过，在商业领域和学术领域中进行的相关讨论中，一个核心话题逐渐浮出水面，那就是企业社会责任背后的人，即它的实践者。如果说最开始的讨论重点是实践企业社会责任所采取的措施的质量，那么现在开始逐步转向关注企业社会责任决策与执行者本身的素质。要想在中国成功引入企业社会责任理念并将其本土化，就需要有一批在企业社会责任领域将来能真正起到推动和领导作用的职业人士。目前，中国在这一领域的发展状况是，越来越多的青年人开始发现企业社会责任是一个很有前途与意义的职业发展方向，但这方面的职业培训机会却十分有限。本个案研究旨在调查中国的年轻专业人士对企业社会责任的认识与期望，具体的调查对象是北京师范大学社会发展与公共政策学院新成立的社会创新与企业社会责任 ● 公共管理硕士高级班双证班的七名学员。通过系列访谈，参与调查的学生们列举出他们最为关心的有关未来职业发展的16个话题。本文目的是放眼未来， 为将来提供更加正规的、能够满足这些青年人需求的企业社会责任教育与培训项目做知识上的准备， 初步勾画出这些有志企业社会责任事业的青年职业人士的轮廓，揭示出他们从事这一事业的动机和他们对职业培训的特殊期待。

In the global business sphere, CSR has long established itself as an ubiquitous fashion term that is also gaining increasing momentum in China. The ongoing discussions of CSR in general and China CSR in specific revolve around a wide range of aspects and challenges, but one essential element has only recently surfaced in the business and academic discourse: the people behind CSR, the practitioners. After the initial emphasis was placed on the quality of CSR measures, attention is now in the process of shifting toward the quality of those delivering these CSR measures. The successful adoption and indigenization of the field in China will likewise require the leadership of genuine future CSR professionals but on these developing grounds, where young people are gradually discovering CSR as a meaningful career path, vocational training options are still limited. This case study investigates the CSR outlook of Chinese young professionals by example of seven students enrolled in the newly established dual degree CSR-track MPA program at the Beijing Normal University School of Social Development and Public Policy (SSDPP). In a series of interviews, the students pinpointed 16 themes that were of utmost concern to their professional development. In anticipation and preparation of more formal CSR education and training programs aiming at meeting these demands, this survey represents a first step toward identifying who these CSR-minded young people are, what motivates them to pursue this discipline, and how they characterize their professional training needs.
