女性在接受现代高等教育期间将会受到与传统性别观念迥异的价值观的冲击。大量研究已证实社会文化因素对女性性别认同建构的重要作用,但缺少对女性经验和校园因素的关注,因此本研究聚焦校园因素对女大学生性别认同建构的影响。本研究界定的性别认同指个人对所属性别群体的理解以及对社会性别规范和性别角色的认知和接受程度。女性在父权话语的建构下形成自己的性别认同,女性在诉说自身经验时就是根据建构出的性别认同解释自己的性别意义。
笔者通过对11名在校女大学生进行深度访谈,探究其在校期间性别认同的建构及影响因素。研究结果表明,总体上女大学生呈现出积极的性别认同,对女性群体有着清晰明确的理解,对其社会性别身份表示接纳并有着正面评价。但父权社会的冲击和影响让她们面临矛盾与挣扎的心理。女大学生性别认同是动态变化的过程,性别认同与激起性别意识的因素有关。校园内影响女性性别认同建构的因素包括:朋辈群体、性别课程、社会接触、校园性骚扰、亲密关系、校园文化。笔者对研究结果进行讨论后认为父权社会对女性的牵制是女大学生形成一种隐忍性的积极性别认同的原因。面对这一情况,高校应加强性别教育,培养具有性别平能意识的大学生,为新时期女性发展创造一个平等和谐的社会。

Large amounts of research prove that sociocultural factors play a significant role in female gender identity, but they attach less attention on female experience and the factors on campus. Gender Identity in this thesis refers to individuals’ understanding to their gender groups and their perception and acceptance degree of social gender norm and gender role. Individuals need to define the meaning behind their genders and develop their gender identity in the society. The author explores the development of gender identity and effect factors on campus through in-depth interview with 11 female college students. The result indicates that in general female college students display positive attitudes towards their gender identity along with struggles in patriarchal society. They accept their gender identity with sanguine evaluation. The development of gender identity as for female college students is a dynamic process, which is associated with various factors including peer group, gender-related courses, social contact, sexual harassment, intimate relationship, and campus culture. Patriarchal society causes the research result. Therefore gender education is needed in higher education.
