校园文化是学校教育和软实力的重要元素，是全面育人不可缺少的重要内容。《中国教育改革和发展纲要》指出：各级各类学校要建设健康、生动的校园文化，树立良好的校风、学风，使得学校成为社会主义精神文明建设的主要阵地。 为了解校园文化建设的现状，笔者以具有典型性和代表性的广东省P市三所中学为例，采用个案研究法、文献法、问卷调查法、访谈法等方法，对A校（重点中学）、B校（一般中学）和C校（薄弱学校）合共12班的学生819人进行调查，还访谈了三校共40位学校领导和骨干教师。经过调查并综合分析，发现校园文化建设取得了一定成绩，同时也存在一定困难和问题。成绩方面有：校园文化建设在中学教育中的地位不断提高、具有本校特色的校园文化逐步形成、校园文化建设的物质基础越来越雄厚等。存在的困难和问题有：在校园物质文化建设中存在学校硬件资源发展不平衡的问题；在校园制度文化建设中存在现行管理制度不完善或规章制度没有得到很好的贯彻和落实等问题；在校园精神文化建设中存在网络文化的影响、经济全球化及社会转型带来的问题以及校园人际关系存在不和谐的因素等问题。在对校园文化建设过程中存在的问题进行分析和研究的基础上，笔者提出了校园文化建设的建议：要用社会主义核心价值体系和和谐发展理念统领校园文化建设；各级部门应形成合力，重视校园文化建设工作；建设充满人文气息的校园物质文化；以人为本，建设民主科学的校园制度文化；培育创新和谐的校园精神文化。

Through investigation and analysis, found the campus culture construction to obtain certain result, but there are some difficulties and problems. Results: the construction of campus culture in middle school education to improve the status, with our unique campus culture gradually formed, campus culture construction is the material basis of increasingly strong. The difficulties and problems are: in the campus culture construction of the school hardware resources development is not balanced, the humanities content generally lower problem. On the construction of campus system culture in the presence of the current management system is not perfect or regulations did not get very good carry out and fulfil wait for a problem. On campus spiritual culture construction exists in the network culture influence, economic globalization and social transition problems, campus interpersonal relationship exists unharmonious factors.On the construction of campus culture in the process of the problems based on the analysis and research, the author put forward the suggestion: campus culture construction with the socialism core value system and harmonious development idea and the construction of campus culture; departments at all levels should form resultant force, pay attention to the construction of campus culture; construction of campus culture is the social atmosphere; to the construction of people-oriented, democratic and scientific system of the campus culture; innovation of harmonious campus spiritual culture.
