当今社会,共享单车作为一种新型的资本运作方式让消费者用户养成了骑车代步的习惯,伴随着世界物联网技术的快速发展,智能自行车将成为新资本经济下移动互联网发展的一项新型产业,智能自行车不仅仅承担人们简单的短途代步功能,人们也越来越关注与智能自行车相关设计的用户体验。交通部数据表明,自行车事故在我国交通事故总数中占有很大比例,然而通过市场分析发现,中国市场并没有足够实用的、可供选择的自行车车载安全智能设备,智能自行车行业不断兴起,但是相关骑行安全智能设备研究较少。针对这一情况,本文从社会心理学的角度首先对我国自行车骑行者不安全的骑行行为进行调研与分析。通过问卷调查和用户访谈的方式,研究自行车骑行者对不安全的骑行行为态度、主观规范、知觉行为控制、行为经验等心理影响因素。从问卷调查数据分析可知,在调查人群中普遍存在危险骑行、自觉遵守交规观念薄弱和普遍的有不安全骑行的行为经验等问题。随后本文通过一系列基于用户体验的研究方法去分析与转化得到的数据和结果,比如通过亲和图、故障图、故事板以及基于用户画像而来的用户旅程图来将用户需求和产品设计思路可视化。随后通过3dMAX软件建模和渲染出自行车车载安全灯的原型,利用墨刀在线编辑软件来模拟自行车车载灯的人机交互进行专家测试,进而提炼出一个自行车安全灯的原型设计概念。最后,在得到最终原型设计之后,通过启发式评估法对原型进行基于启发式评估的专家可用性测试,进一步去迭代和完善原型设计,不断地完善产品的可用性与实用性,为中国自行车智能设备市场添加了一款可用的智能安全性设备。

In today's society, as a new type of capital operation, shared bicycles have helped consumers develop the habit of cycling. With the rapid development of the Internet of Things, smart bicycles have become an important industry for the development of mobile Internet under the new capital economy. The more attention is paid to the user experience associated with smart bike design. As the bicycle accident occupies an important proportion of the total number of traffic accidents in China, this article analyzes the unsafe riding behavior of bicycle cyclists from the perspective of social psychology. Through questionnaires and user interviews, the cyclists' attitudes, subjective norms, perceptual behavior control, and behavioral experiences and other psychological influencing factors of unsafe riding behaviors were studied. After analyzing and transforming the user experience methods, a method was proposed. Bicycle safety light prototype design. From the survey data analysis, we can see that there are common problems in the survey population, such as dangerous riding, consciously obeying weak compliance rules, and general behavioral experience of unsafe riding. Finally, before the final prototype design, usability testing is performed on the prototype through the heuristic evaluation method to further iterate and improve the prototype design.
