In recent years, there has been an increasing amount of research in the academic community on the teaching of reading the entire book "From the Soil: the Foundations of Chinese Society”. However, there are still certain gaps in the research field and methods, and further in-depth exploration is needed. The SQ3R reading method is an effective learning method that can help students better understand and master knowledge while reading. This method includes five steps: " Survey, question, read, recite, and review", which can guide students to deeply understand the text, cultivate reading interest and ability. This article aims to explore the strategies of using SQ3R reading method in the teaching of whole book reading in "From the Soil: the Foundations of Chinese Society”, in order to promote the development and improvement of whole book reading teaching. Through in-depth research and exploration of the theory and practice of SQ3R reading method, we aim to understand its feasibility and advantages in teaching whole book reading, and provide reference and inspiration for frontline teachers in their teaching. |
