江苏省从2001年开始在城镇小学三年级开设英语课,小学生在三年级刚接触英语时,在好奇心的驱使下,对英语比较感兴趣,然而,随着年级的增高,学习内容难度的增加,越来越多的学生不喜欢英语,学不好英语,出现了两极分化现象,班里产生了一批英语学习困难学生。本研究以作者所教班级中5位英语学困生作为研究对象,采用行动研究促进他们的转变。本行动研究中,根据对研究进展的总结和反思,不断对预先设计的行动方案进行调整,最终历经了三个阶段实现对学困生的转化。第一阶段,激发和维持学困生的学习动机。主要从三个方面进行,首先改善师生关系,获得学生的信任;其次精心设计课堂,激发和维持学困生的学习兴趣;最后制定分层目标,让学困生获得成功的体验,形成积极的情绪体验,进而增强他们学英语的自信心。在第一阶段取得的成效基础上,进行了第二阶段的学习策略和学习方法指导。根据学生在学习中存在的困难,重点进行记单词和长语篇的策略指导。第三阶段,为了促使学困生保持积极的学习动机和形成良好的学习习惯,防止转化反复,我与家长联合长期跟踪和监督其学习情况,最终使他们养成良好习惯,能自主有效的学习。经过一个多学期的努力,五位学困生的学业成绩基本达到了全班平均分数线,不再讨厌英语,掌握学习英语的方法和策略,为初中的英语学习打下坚实的基础。本研究采取行动研究法,采用课堂观察、课后访谈获得反馈、及时反思教学过程、调整实施方案的办法,总结教学经验,使我的教育观念发生改变,更坚定了我对学困生转化的信心,同时也改变了以往仅仅关注学优生的教学模式,实现关注每一位学生的全面发展,从而实现大面积地提高教学质量。

Abstract the Jiangsu Province started from 2001 in the cities elementary school third grade start class in English, the elementary student when the third grade just contacted English, under the curiosity obligation, was interested to English comparison, however, along with the grade markup, study content difficulty's increase, more and more students did not like English, could not learn English, presented the polarization phenomenon, in the class has produced one group of English study difficult student. This research teaches in the class and grade by the author 5 English study to live sleepily takes the object of study, uses the action research to promote their transformation. This action research studies while reconsiders the revision adjustment, carries on the experiment and the adjustment in the design plan, realizes through three stages to study the sleepy fresh transformation. The first stage stimulation and the maintenance study sleepy fresh academic motivation, mainly carries on from three aspects. First improves the teachers and students relations, obtains student's trust; Next designs the teaching plan carefully, the stimulation and the maintenance study sleepy fresh study interest; Finally the formulation lamination goal, lets study live sleepily obtains the successful experience, forms the positive mood experience, then strengthens them to study English the self-confidence. In the first stage obtains in the result foundation carries on the second stage the measure, carries on the study strategy instruction, causes study to live sleepily grasps the study the method. According to the student the difficulty which exists in the study, carries on with emphasis records the word and the long language strategy instruction. The third stage, to form the positive academic motivation and the good study habits, prevent the transformed relapse, I use with the guardian unite track its study situation for a long time, the time surveillance, fosters the good study habits finally, can the independent effective study. The weight standard is these study sleepy fresh academic achievement achieves personnel average proportion, no longer the repugnant English, has mastered the study English method and the strategy, builds the solid foundation for junior middle school's English study.This research adopts the motion methodology, after using the classroom observation, the class, the interview obtains the feedback, the prompt resonsideration teaching process, the adjustment implementation plan means that summarizes the teaching experience, causes my education idea to have the change, strengthened me to study to live transformed sleepily the confidence, simultaneously also changed formerly merely the attention study eugenics educational model, realized pays attention to each student's full scale development, thus realized the big area to improve the quality of teaching.
