学习倦怠对学生的学习和发展有很多不良影响, 而初中生是学习倦怠的高发群体。 本研究通过问卷和访谈对北京市 A 学校全体学生的学习倦怠及影响因素进行调查研究。 结果发现(1) 学生总体上处于较低的学习倦怠水平,且在生理耗竭和学习低效能感方面表现最突出;(2)学生的学习倦怠受到年级、 学习成绩、 是否班干部、户口所在地、 课外学习投入时间、学习动机、学业期望等因素的综合影响, 内部学习动机等内在心理因素影响最大;(3)自我学业期望越高,学习倦怠水平越低,当自我期望与父母期望都很高时效果最好;(4)学习倦怠总体上随着课外学习投入时间呈 U 型分布,每天 1-3小时的课外学习时间最佳;(5)男生和女生在学习倦怠上的显著差异是由学习成绩引起的。本研究期望为 A 学校学生乃至更多初中生学习倦怠情况的改善提供借鉴。
外文摘要:
Student burnout does harm for students’ study and development. What’s worse, middle school students are those who are easy to sink into burnout. So a survey research of student burnout and influence factors based on Beijing A Middle School was conducted by means of questionnaires and interviews. Results are as follows: (1) As a whole, these students are below the medium level of burnout, and they have poor performance especially in physical exhaustion and inefficiency. (2) Grade, academic records, class leader, registered residence, extracurricular learning time, academic motivation, academic expectation, all these factors have a compositive influence on student burnout. In addition, internal psychological factors such as internal motivation are vital.(3) Compared with parental expectation, the students who have high self expectation are more impossible to burn out. (4) In general, student burnout is in the shape of the letter “U”, they have a best learning effect when absorbed into extracurricular study within 1-3 hours. (5) The significant difference between boys and girls is due to their academic records. These conclusions would serve as guidance and reference for improvement of middle school students’ burnout.
