中华优秀传统文化作为涵养中国精神、构筑中国价值的重要思想,为当代青少年的成长提供精神滋养,为中华民族的伟大复兴提供精神力量。作为道德与法治教师,应充分挖掘优秀传统文化的价值,引导学生做中华优秀传统文化的传承者。优秀传统文化有什么样的育人价值,如何将教材中的优秀传统文化资源有机融入课程教学,在教学中更有效地对优秀传统文化资源进行应用,这些问题值得每一位道德与法治课教师深入思考和探究。

       本文共分为五个部分,第一部分绪论,梳理道德与法治课中的有关中华优秀传统文化相关应用文献,阐释“初中道德与法治教材中优秀传统文化资源的有效利用”这一研究主题的缘起、研究现状、研究方法和研究意义;第二部分主要对中华优秀传统文化的概念进行界定,对优秀传统文化的育人价值进行探究,并总结道德与法治课中运用优秀传统文化的意义;第三部分主要进行教材文本分析,梳理出教材中的中华优秀传统文化内容,总结其呈现方式和其与教学的衔接方式;第四部分主要通过问卷调查和分析,对初中阶段中华优秀传统文化教育的开展情况进行研究,分析中华优秀传统文化在初中道德与法治课程应用中存在的问题和原因;第五部分针对问题,提出中华优秀传统文化在道德与法治课程中有效利用的原则,并通过教学实践总结、展示中华优秀传统文化在道德与法治课程中有效利用的案例。以此为基础,进一步提出具有可操作性的建议。为解决当前教学实践中的问题提供解决思路,为传承优秀传统文化、增强文化自信提供现实基础。

As an important thought to cultivate Chinese spirit and construct Chinese value, Chinese excellent traditional culture provides spiritual nourishment for the growth of contemporary teenagers and spiritual strength for the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation. As teachers of morality and rule of law, we should fully explore the value of excellent traditional culture and guide students to be inheritors of excellent traditional Chinese culture. What kind of educational value does excellent traditional culture have, how to organically integrate excellent traditional culture resources in textbooks into curriculum teaching, and how to apply excellent traditional culture resources more effectively in teaching, these questions are worth every teacher of morality and rule of law to think deeply and explore.

               This paper is divided into five parts. The first part is the introduction, which sorts out the application literature related to Chinese excellent traditional culture in the course of morality and rule of law, and explains the origin, research status, research methods and research significance of the research topic of "Effective utilization of excellent traditional culture resources in the teaching material of morality and rule of law in junior middle school". The second part mainly defines the concept of Chinese excellent traditional culture, explores the educational value of excellent traditional culture, and summarizes the significance of using excellent traditional culture in moral and legal classes. The third part mainly carries on the text analysis of the textbook, sorts out the excellent traditional Chinese culture content in the textbook, summarizes its presentation and its connection with the textbook; The fourth part mainly through the questionnaire survey and analysis, the middle school stage of the excellent traditional Chinese culture education carried out research, analysis of the excellent Traditional Chinese culture in the middle school moral and rule of law curriculum application problems and reasons; The fifth part puts forward the principle of effective utilization of Chinese excellent traditional culture in the course of morality and rule of law, and summarizes and demonstrates the cases of effective utilization of Chinese excellent traditional culture in the course of morality and rule of law through teaching practice. Based on this, further suggestions with operability are put forward. It provides a practical basis for inheriting excellent traditional culture and enhancing cultural confidence to solve the problems in current teaching practice.
