儿童多动问题是一种比正常儿童活动次数高的行为,表现为异常多动,自控能力差,规则意识弱;品行问题指反复和持久性的攻击行为、反社会行为和对立违抗性行为。多动问题和品行问题是儿童常见的一种行为问题,其发生率逐年提升,儿童早期的行为问题不仅严重影响着儿童的身心健康,对今后的成长与发展有诸多不利,还会给家庭与社会造成不良影响。儿童多动问题和品行问题的发生不仅与个体特征有关,更与各种环境因素、同伴关系、父母教养方式等密切相关。因此,针对儿童多动问题和品行问题开展的父母管理训练干预对减少其问题行为,预防问题的严重化等具有重要意义。本研究主要针对儿童多动问题和品行问题,以循证家庭教育方法为技术依托,借用国外父母管理训练——俄勒冈模型(Parent Management Training–Oregon Model,PMTO)来提升广大家庭的教育理念和教育能力,促进儿童健康成长,最终探索其在中国的干预效果和推行的可行性。 本研究的研究对象为北京市N小学141名6-12岁儿童的家长,项目由家长自愿报名的方式。研究采用均衡随机的方法(1:1),将家长随机分为干预组和对照组,在前测结束后为干预组进行基于PMTO的工作坊干预,对照组在干预完成3个月后给予同干预组相同的工作坊内容。主要利用艾伯格儿童行为量表(ECBI)为测量工具,让家长报告儿童行为,评估干预效果。 运用独立样本T检验和协方差分析的数据结果表明:(1)干预组儿童多动问题和品行问题得分有明显的下降;(2)干预组与对照组儿童注意缺陷多动问题的得分有显著差异,干预一个月后,干预组多动问题得分显著低于对照组(p<0.05);(3)干预组与对照组儿童品行问题的得分无显著差异。(4)干预组父母对于PMTO父母管理训练模式满意度较高。这都表明父母管理训练能减少儿童多动问题,对品行问题干预效果还需要进一步检验。 |

Children's hyperactivity problem is a behavior that has a higher number of activities than normal children, manifested as abnormal hyperactivity, poor self-control ability, and weak sense of rules; conduct problem refers to repeated and persistent aggression, antisocial behavior and antagonistic defiant behavior. Hyperactivity and behavior problems are common behavioral problems in children. Their incidence rate increases year by year. Behavioral problems in early childhood have seriously affected children ’s physical health and have many disadvantages for future growth and development. The occurrence of children's hyperactivity and behavior problems is related to personal characteristics, and is also closely related to various environmental factors, peer relationships, and parenting methods. Therefore, this study on parents of children ’s hyperactivity and conduct issues mainly focuses on children ’s hyperactivity and conduct issues, using evidence-based family education methods as technical support, borrowing foreign parent management training-Oregon model (Parent Management Training-Oregon Model, PMTO) to enhance the educational concept and ability of the extended family, promote the healthy growth of children, and finally explore the effectiveness and feasibility of its intervention in China. The research object of this study is the parents of 141 children aged 6-12 in Beijing N Primary School. The project is voluntarily registered by parents. The study used a balanced random method (1: 1) to randomly divide parents into intervention groups and alternatives. After the pretest, PMTO-based workshop interventions were conducted for the intervention group, and the same intervention group was given 3 months after the intervention. The same workshop content. The Eyberg Child Behavior Scale (ECBI) is mainly used as a measurement tool to allow parents to report children's behavior and evaluate the effect of intervention. The results of data using independent sample T test and covariance analysis showed that: (1) children with hyperactivity and behavioral problems in the intervention group showed a significant decrease; (2) the intervention group and children with attention deficit hyperactivity problems were significantly prominent ( 4) The parents of the intervention group have differences with respect to the PMTO parents. After one month of intervention, the severity of hyperactivity problems in the intervention group decreased significantly instead of (p <0.05); . All this means that parent management training can reduce hyperactivity problems in children, and the effect of intervention on conduct issues needs to be further tested. |
