近几年,学生生涯发展受到社会广泛关注。 新高考改革后,高中阶段不再采取简单的文理分科方式进行学习,高中生们面临着“选科选考” 的艰巨任务, 这需要高中生了解自己的、能力、爱好、 价值追求等方面,明确未来职业方向。生涯发展阶段理论认为高中阶段是个体的生涯探索期,同时也是生涯自我同一性发展的关键期,在这个过程中,家庭是极为重要的影响因素之一。 此外, 根据自我同一性理论观点,家庭环境会影响个体生涯自我同一性发展,而生涯自我同一性发展也对个体其他生涯行为产生积极或消极影响。以往研究主要在西方文化环境下,围绕青少年感知父母生涯支持及其影响, 但缺乏亲子多方报告的结果, 也较少考察集体主义环境下的情况。本研究将探讨在中国文化背景下,亲子感知父母生涯支持行为及亲子感知差异对高中生生涯规划的影响及其影响机制。为考察中国文化背景下父母生涯支持行为与高中生生涯规划的关系及影响机制,本研究选取北京市五所中学高一至高三年级,在每个年级中随机选取部分班级全体学生及其家长作为被试,最终获得有效配对亲子 247 对。采用问卷调查的方法,使用《父母生涯支持行为量表》 测量父母与孩子对父母生涯支持行为的感知程度,使用《生涯规划量表》和《生涯自我同一性量表》来测量高中生生涯规划与生涯自我同一性状况。 本研究得出以下结论: (1) 女学生母亲报告生涯榜样高于男学生母亲。高一年学生父亲报告总体生涯支持行为和工具性支持高于高三年学生父亲,高一年学生父亲报告言语鼓励和情感支持高于高二和高三年学生父亲,高一学生母亲报告言语鼓励多于高三年学生母亲,高一年学生感知父母工具性支持高于高三年学生。 高一年父子感知情感支持差异小于高二年的父子。 (2) 孩子感知父母工具性支持和生涯榜样多于父母报告, 而孩子感知父母言语鼓励少于父母报告。母亲报告总体生涯支持、生涯榜样和情感支持多于父亲报告。 (3) 孩子感知父母工具性支持、生涯榜样可以显著正向预测高中生生涯规划。母子在生涯榜样维度感知差异可以显著正向预测高中生生涯规划。孩子感知父母生涯支持对其生涯规划影响作用比亲子感知父母生涯支持差异的影响作用大。 (4) 生涯自我同一性在高中生感知父母生涯支持行为与其生涯规划之间起部分中介作用,在亲子感知父母生涯支持行为差异与高中生生涯规划之间起完全中介作用。

In recent years, the development of student career has been widely concerned by the society. After the Ministry of Education promulgated a new policy, high school students are no longer learning in the simple way of arts and sciences, they are faced with the task of selecting subjects for examination, which requires them to explore their interests, abilities, values and other characteristics, and to clarify the majors and future employment direction. According to SCCT high school is not only the period of individual career exploration, but also the critical period of career self-identity development. In this process, family is one of the most important factors. In addition, according to the self-identity theory, Family environment can affect the development of individual career self-identity and the results of career development. At the same time, the results of career self-identity development also have positive or negative effects on other career behaviors. Previous studies mainly focused on teenagers' perception of their parents' career support and its influence in the western cultural environment, but there was a lack of results reported by both parents and children, and few studies were conducted in the collectivist environment. Therefore, this study will explore the relationship between parental career support behavior and career planning of high school students and the mediating role of career self-identity. In order to investigate the relationship between parental career support behavior and career planning of high school students in China, this study selected three grades of three key and two ordinary high schools in Beijing, all students and their parents were randomly selected. This study used the method of questionnaire survey, parents' and children's perceptions of parents' career support behavior were measured by the Parental Career Support Behavior Scale. Career Planning Scale and Career Self-Identity Scale were used to measure high school students' career planning ability and career self-identity development. The conclusions are as follows: (1) Mothers of female students reported higher career role models than mothers of male students. The father of the grade one students reported more career support, instrumental support than the father of the grade three students and reported more verbal support and emotional support than the father of the grade two and grade three. The mother of the grade one students reported more verbal support than the mother of the grade three students, and the grade one students perceived more instrumental support from their parents than the grade three students. The discrepancy of perceived emotional support between father and son of the grade one is less than that of the grade two. (2) Children perceived parents' instrumental support and career model more than parents' report, while children perceived parents' verbal encouragement less than parents' report. (3) Children's perception of parental instrumental support and career models, and the discrepancy of Mother-Child perception of Career Model can significantly and positively predict the career planning of high school students. The influence of the children's perceived parents' career support on their career planning is greater than that of the discrepancy of parent-child perception of parents' career support (4) Career identity played a partial mediating role between the perception of high school student of parental career support behavior and their career planning, and a complete mediating role between discrepancy of parent-child perception of parental career support behavior and high school students' career planning.
