企业家及高管在现代企业管理体系中居于决定性地位,他们的管理素质在很大程度上决定着企业的发展前景和战略实现程度。在市场经济快速发展的时代,一些企业的高管未经过专业的管理理论知识学习且未获得相应的学历学位,直接从业务骨干直接走上管理岗位,管理水平有限,或年轻时创业,未受过完整的学历学位教育,从而导致整个团队的成长遇到瓶颈,难以满足大企业的发展需要,对于企业的可持续发展构成了一定程度的阻碍。为提高自身管理水平,高级管理人员工商管理硕士课程成为了众多企业家高管的选择,从战略层面、实战角度、专业深度三方面为企业最高决策层量身打造课程,希望能够培养一批具备较高管理素质和战略管理能力,且能够具备较强的决策能力的专业人才,以适应企业可持续发展的需求。 本报告采用问卷调查等方法,深入了解P商学院EMBA项目满意度现状和存在的一些问题,在深入分析的基础上提出针对性的对策建议,强调要充分关注企业家及企业家和学生反应,注重课程质量管理;找准课程管理目标,实现课程与高管管理过程的深度融合;构建科学培训评估体系,引入差异化评估方法;开发人性化的报名流程,为校友推荐再报名打好基础。此举对于P商学院优化项目体系,提升项目满意度和促进商学院的健康发展有着重要的作用,相信研究探索也能在一定意义上推动P商学院EMBA项目的规范化建设进程。

Entrepreneurs and senior executives are in a decisive position in the modern enterprise management system. Their management quality largely determines the development prospects and strategic realization of the enterprise. In the era of rapid development of the market economy, some executives of the enterprise have not obtained professional management theory knowledge and have not obtained the corresponding academic degree. They directly go to the management positions directly from the business backbone, and the management level is limited, or they are entrepreneurial when they are young. The complete academic degree education leads to the bottleneck of the growth of the whole team, which is difficult to meet the development needs of large enterprises, and constitutes a certain degree of hindrance to the sustainable development of the enterprise. In order to improve their management level, the EMBA program has become the choice of many entrepreneurs. From the strategic level, practical perspective and professional depth, the company has tailored the curriculum to the highest decision-making level of the company. Professional talents with high management quality and strategic management ability, and capable of having strong decision-making ability, to meet the needs of sustainable development of enterprises. This report uses questionnaires and other methods to gain an in-depth understanding of the current status of P Business EMBA program satisfaction and some existing problems. Based on in-depth analysis, it proposes targeted countermeasures, emphasizing the need to pay full attention to entrepreneurs and entrepreneurs and executives. Responsive, focus on curriculum quality management; identify course management objectives, achieve deep integration of curriculum and executive management process; build a scientific training evaluation system, introduce differentiated assessment methods; develop a humanized registration process, recommend alumni for re-registration basis. This move plays an important role in optimizing the project system of P business school, improving project satisfaction and promoting the healthy development of business schools. It is believed that research and exploration can also promote the standardization process of P business school EMBA project in a certain sense.
