认知灵活性是一种使个体可以不断适应新环境的能力，是执行功能的成分，也是更上位的“元控制”能力，与问题解决能力等认知功能的发展密切相关。因此，认知灵活性在评估认知发展和衰退中十分重要。认知灵活性测量范式主要包括：(1)基于认知灵活性是一种人格倾向的文字测验，认知灵活性问卷；(2)基于认知灵活性是一种认知能力，可用任务切换能力作为指标测量的操作测验，分为演绎类（如连线任务）和归纳类（如威斯康辛卡片分类任务）。但传统文字测验容易作假，且传统操作测验受限于场地、材料和主试，难以大规模推广，被试也无法进行自测。

同时，情境判断测验作为一种隐蔽性更好的文字测验，在科研和商业领域都有广泛应用。由于社会的强烈需求，需要一种可以大规模推广且隐蔽性高的认知灵活性评价方法，本研究以文字测验为基础，拟开发基于情境判断测验的测量范式，以测量认知灵活性，并采用认知灵活性问卷和问题解决能力问卷作为效度指标，对问卷的有效性进行验证。

结果显示：（1）情境判断测验的各条目可以很好区分组内个体；（2）情景判断测验有可以接受的内部一致性；（3）情景判断测验和认知灵活性问卷有显著正相关；（4）情境判断测验的分数与问题解决问卷的分数显著正相关。

Cognitive flexibility is an ability that allows individuals to continuously adapt to the new environments, which is a component of executive function, a more overarching meta-control ability, and a corner stone of advanced cognitive functions like problem solving. Therefore, cognitive flexibility is important in assessing cognitive development and decline. The cognitive flexibility measurement paradigms mainly include a text-based Cognitive Flexibility Scale(CFS), regarding it as a personality, and behavioral tests divided into deductive (e.g. Trail Making Test) and inductive (e.g. Wisconsin Card Sorting Test) styles, which consider cognitive flexibility a cognitive capability that can be measured behaviorally. The popularity among public of traditional assessments is hindered by social preferences, environments, materials and test-holders. Thus, to address the issue, this study will develop an assessment based on situational judgement tests to measure cognitive flexibility on top of CFS. Then, the test, original CFS and problem solving scale will be conducted at the same time. The results show that: (1)items are able to distinct groups; (2)internal consistency of the test is acceptable; (3)convergence validity might be well-validated with original test; (4)the score of the test is positively corelated with the score of problem solving scale.
