随着我国金融业的改革与发展，金融生态领域的研究受到广泛关注。我国的金融体系是一个具有很多生态学特征而且富有生命力的组织体系，在金融发展问题分析中引入生态学的相关概念和原理，是近年来我国金融研究方法的一大创新，为我们认识金融发展过程中存在的问题提供了一个全新的解释。运用生态学的研究方法和已有成果来观察分析我国的金融业，不难发现许多我国金融业发展中的问题。本文首先引出金融生态的概念及研究现状，然后分析了我国金融生态体系的现状以及存在的突出问题，最后提出了我国金融生态改进与优化的措施。

With the reform and development of finance industry in China, the research in the field of financial ecology has raised increasing attention. The financial system in China is full of vitality which has many similar characteristics of ecology. It is a great innovation on financial research method when the concept of ecology is introduced to the analysis of financial development. This provides a new explanation concerning the existing problems in the process of financial development. It is not difficulty to find many problems in financial development by using the research method and existing achievement of ecology to observe financial industry in China. This paper first introduces the concept of financial ecology and summarizes the current research situation, then analyzes the status quo and prominent problems existed in the system of financial ecology, and finally put forward some countermeasures to improve the conditions of financial ecology in China.
