2016年10月,中共中央、国务院发布《“健康中国2030”规划纲要》,包括序言及总体战略、普及健康生活等,共8篇29章内容,第6章“提高全民身体素质”中指出:广泛开展全民健身运动,普及科学健身知识与健身方法。而今学校体育中学生体质不断下降成为不可忽视的问题,其中影响因素有很多,本文从学生的体育锻炼态度与行为来分析问题的关键并结合实践提出建议,积极的体育锻炼态度和良好的体育锻炼行为有助于提升学生的身体健康水平。

本文以中山市高中学生为研究对象,对其体育锻炼态度与行为现状进行调查研究,并分析中山市高中学生体育态度与体育锻炼行为是否具有相关性,探讨体育锻炼态度与体育锻炼行为之间的影响,以把握体育锻炼态度与行为相互促进协调发展的机制并促进身体素质的提升。

本研究得出以下结论:

(1)中山市高中学生体育锻炼态度总体表现良好,其中男生体育锻炼态度好于女生且具有显著性;高一学生的体育锻炼态度好于高二高三的学生且具有显著性差异;高二学生的态度得分总体略高过高三学生,但不具备显著性差异。

(2)中山市高中学生在体育锻炼行为方面表现不尽如人意,运动时间、频率和强度把握不当,参与的运动项目与所喜欢的运动项目也存在差异,要让学生科学锻炼,就要将所学体育知识用于日常锻炼之中。

(3)体育教师作为学校体育的真正实践者,却对学生体育锻炼态度的影响微乎其微,这有悖于体育教师的工作方向。

(4)在自由时间里大多数学生没有积极参加体育活动,且学生的体育锻炼态度与体育锻炼行为各个维度之间相关性较低,使得良好体育态度不能得到有效发挥。

In late October 2016, The "Healthy China 2030" planning outline was released by the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China and the State Council, including the preamble and overall strategy, popularization of healthy living, a total of 8 chapters and 29 chapters, Chapter 6 "improve the physical quality of the whole population", it is pointed out that: Widely carry out the national fitness movement, popularize scientific fitness knowledge and fitness methods. And nowadays, the declining physical fitness of students in school sports has become a problem that cannot be ignored, of which there are many influencing factors, this paper will analyze the key to the problem from the attitude and behavior of students' physical exercise and put forward suggestions in combination with practice. A positive and optimistic attitude will make us more motivated to exercise, and at the same time, good physical exercise behavior will benefit our body. A positive attitude and good physical exercise behavior not only help to improve our physical health, but also help us to improve our psychological quality, enhance our exercise ability and thus form a lifelong awareness of sports.

In this paper, we investigate and study the current situation of physical exercise attitude and behavior of Zhongshan high school students, and analyze whether there is correlation between physical exercise attitude and physical exercise behavior of Zhongshan high school students, and explore the influence between physical exercise attitude and physical exercise behavior in order to grasp the attitude and behavior of physical exercise The study also analyzed whether there is a correlation between physical activity attitudes and physical activity behaviors, and explored the influence

 

between physical activity attitudes and physical activity behaviors, in order to grasp the mechanism that physical activity attitudes and behaviors promote each other's coordinated development and promote physical quality.

The following conclusions were drawn from this study:

(1) Zhongshan high school students' attitudes toward physical exercise are generally good, among which male students' attitudes toward physical exercise are better than female students and significant; senior students' attitudes toward physical exercise are better than those of sophomores and juniors and significantly different; sophomores' attitudes toward physical exercise are better than those of juniors, but not significantly different.

(2) Zhongshan high school students do not perform as well as they should in terms of physical exercise; they do not grasp the time, frequency and intensity of exercise properly, and there are differences between the sports they participate in and the sports they like. To get students to exercise scientifically, it is necessary to use the physical education knowledge they have learned in their daily exercise, and to provide different sports programs for students of different genders to stimulate their interest in sports programs.

(3) Physical education teachers, the real practitioners of school physical education, have little influence on students' attitudes toward physical activity, which is contrary to the direction of physical education teachers' work.

(4) The correlation between students' physical education attitudes and physical activity behaviors is low, and most students do not actively participate in physical activities, making it impossible for good physical education attitudes to be effectively exercised.
