本文通过对荷兰与北京两地温室白粉虱的比较，研究此物种中是否存在种内变异，同工酶电泳结果显示：两地种群酯酶同工酶（BST)酶谱差异显著，苹果酸酶同工酶OMB)的差异性较小，面在苹果酸脱氢酶同工酶OMDH)中，较易判读的酶带上二者未显示明显的差异性。二地种群在产卵特性上也显示出显著的差异性。另外，本文还对此虫的孤雌生殖现象进行了一些研究和探讨。

Whether or not the intraspecific variation exists in Trialeurodes vaporariorum is investigated in this thesis, by comparing the populations collected from the Netherlandands and Beijing. The result of isozyme electrophoresis shows that the electromorphs of EST vary significantly between two populations, some differences in ME patterns but no significant differences in MDH patterns are obgerved. The abilities of reproduction of the two populations are different. The phenomenon of parthenogenesis in this insect is also observed and disscussed
