自聚集诱导(AIE)效应的概念提出以来,具有AIE效应的发光剂在很多领域都得到了广泛的应用。细菌、病毒等病原微生物是严重危害人类健康的致病因素,其准确及灵敏检测对相关疾病的治疗具有重要意义。具有AIE效应的发光剂已经被用于细菌、病毒等病原微生物的检测,本文对基于AIE效应的病毒微生物的检测进行了综述,并设计了一种四唾液酸包裹的四苯乙烯分子,拟将其作为流感病毒神经氨酸酶检测的试剂。

Since
the concept of aggregation induction (AIE) effect was proposed, luminescent
agents with AIE effect have been widely used in many fields. Pathogenic microorganisms
such as bacteria and viruses are serious pathogenic factors that endanger human
health, and their accurate and sensitive detection is of great significance for
the treatment of related diseases. The luminescent agent with AIE effect has been
used for the detection of pathogenic microorganisms such as bacteria and
viruses. This article reviews the detection of virus microorganisms based on
the AIE effect, and designed a tetrasialic acid-coated tetrastyrene molecule.
It is used as a reagent for influenza virus neuraminidase detection.
