学习动机是直接推动学生学习的内部动力,可以推动一定学习目标的达成,同时也是影响学习行为和学习质量的关键性因素。学习动机的形成与发展受到很多因素的影响。本研究主要探讨初中生学习动机现状以及生涯指导对初中学生的学习动机水平的影响。本研究选取北京青年政治学院附中学校初一年级2个班初中生50名。将被试分成实验组和控制组,对实验组进行为期4个月,共8次生涯指导规划讲座,分别包括自我认知、生涯探索、生涯规划等内容;控制组不做任何辅导。本研究采用周步成编制的学习动机诊断测验(MAAT)用于被试学习动机水平的干预前后两次施测。采用SPSS 17.0统计软件进行数据录入与分析。结果表明:①实验组与控制组在生涯辅导前的学习动机都比较弱,且水平基本保持一致。经过8次的生涯指导,实验组开始挖掘自身的兴趣,对于学习的态度和意义有了深层次的思考,学习动机有上升的趋势。而控制组的学习动机水平处于比较稳定的状态,前测与后测的差异不显著。②通过个别访谈分析的结果,生涯指导让学生明确了自己的学习方向和学习目标,从而学习动机有上升的趋势。根据以上分析结果得出了研究结论:生涯指导促进了初中生的学习动机水平的提升。在进行生涯指导规划讲座的过程中,生涯指导规划讲座的课程都是对于初中生适用的,激发了学生的学习兴趣和对人生观、世界观的深入思考,从而促进他们提升学习动机、更明晰了他们的学习目的。这说明生涯指导是促进初中生学习动机水平提升的有效途径。

Learning motivation is the internal power to promote students' learning,which can push student to reach study aim,also which is the key factor to effect learing behavior and learning quality.learning motivation 's formation and development is affected by many factors.this paper mainly discuss the status of the junior middle school students learning motivation and the influence on student's learning motivation level impact by career guidance.This study selected 2 class 50 junior middle school students from xxxx school.Those students will be divide into 2 groups.one group named experient group, another group named control group. The experiment group will accept total 8 career guidance planning training in 4 months. The training include self cognition.career exploration,career planning etc.the control group without any training.This study use Mr.zhoubucheng designed MAAT table to test learning motivation level. The test was made 2 times befor and after training.The test result shows 1、before the training both group's learning motivation level is low and almost in same level. After 8 times careet guidance training,experient group begin dig inter study interest and show more attention think about learning attitude and meaning.The group learning motivation level in raise trend.
