随着科学技术的快速进步,紫外光谱辐射测量的需求日益增大,尤其是对弱紫外源的测量。目前的常规紫外辐射测量大都采用CCD阵列作为光电探测器。CCD阵列紫外光谱仪在紫外光谱辐射区域有以下问题:响应低带外残余杂光大;对弱紫外光源灵敏度低;测量瞬态光源时响应速度不够;大都不能脱离PC机使用。针对CCD阵列紫外测量存在的问题,本课题通过采用新型的PMT阵列作为光电探测器件,使用MSP430F1611单片机控制数据的采集、显示、存储,研制了一台新型紫外光谱仪。样机完成后通过一系列试验,证明PMT阵列作为紫外光谱仪的光电探测器件具有灵敏度高自然抑制杂光效果好等优点,为探索新的高灵敏度紫外辐射测量方法以及紫外辐射测量仪器的便携式和小型化做了初步的尝试,具体完成了以下工作:1 ) 采用PMT阵列作为多通道光电转换器件,构建紫外光谱测量系统。2 ) 采用MSP430F1611单片机为系统中央处理单元,实现光谱仪一体化。3 ) 采用128×64点阵LCD液晶显示模块,直接显示测量数据和光谱曲线。4 ) 仪器进行波长和光谱辐照度定标后,对典型的紫外光谱进行测量,证实了系统的可行性。

With the science and technology quickly development,more and more requirement are put forward on ultraviolet radiation measurement. In traditional, we always use CCD array as detector. In fact CCD array ultraviolet measurement instrument has many problems in measuring ultraviolet radiation, as follow: low response on ultraviolet; even more vagabond ray has a great influence on the result, and have to connect whit PC to work.In this dissertation, I used a new PMT ASSEMBLY to be a detector and MSP430F1611 to be an MCU, realize the functions of sampling, data calculating, data storing and displaying etc.After the system is completed, we made some experiments that is show the PMT ASSEMBLY had sound characters in ultraviolet measurement. These works make a primary attempt on ultraviolet radiation measurement. The following main research works are finished in this thesis:1) Used PMT ASSEMBLY to be detector, make up a system of ultraviolet radiation measurement.2) MSP430F1611 as system central process unit.3) 128×64 dot LCD is directly displaying sampling data and spectrum curved.4) After calibrating wavelength and luminous, measured the typical ultraviolet spectrum line what certificate the measurement system is feasible.
