《稗史集传》是元末文人徐显所著的一部短篇笔记小说集，有王艮、柯九思、陈谦、葛乾孙、潘纯、陆友、王冕、王渐、杨椿、王德元、徐文中、后载妻、沈烈妇等十三篇人物小传，文末一一加以论赞。虽然篇幅不长，但内容丰富，包含对时代的独特看法和当时文人的价值取向。本文拟就小传内容，总结传主的群体特征，剖析元末社会各色人物的生活、职业与精神世界以及社会时代背景。同时，将传文与其他传记对比分析，并结合其他文献对相关问题进行考证，深入挖掘《稗史集传》蕴含的文学价值和史料价值。

    本文在绪论中阐述了《稗史集传》研究的重要性，对学界元代笔记小说和人物传记的研究现状进行综述。

    第一章对徐显的生平交游对象作整体梳理，还原传主与徐显的交游情况，发现王渐、王德元、沈烈妇三人没有直接交往，剩余十位均与徐显有直接往来，另有王仲扬、王仲庐、饶旭、陈基、钱逵、杜本、曹澹然、张掾等八人亦与徐显相交。同时对署名徐显的《广客谈》进行了作者考证，最终确定《广客谈》作者实为陆蒙，而非徐显，确定徐显的生平信息仅存《稗史集传》中，使该书的重要性更加凸显。

    第二章主要探讨《稗史集传》书中人物的群体特征，对于占据极大比例的不应科举群体所反映的科举观念，忠义贞节观念昂扬的品德高尚者所体现的忠德观、贞节观之发展现状和趋势，术业有道的收藏、行医、方术各届人士所折射的元代宽松自由的社会环境，盛于元代的全真教道士所蕴含的全真教教义和民间接受度，加以分析、总结，力图勾勒出元末江南社会文人义士的生活图景。

    第三章从文学价值、史料价值两方面对《稗史集传》进行论述：一方面，通过与其他史志传记的比较，揭示《稗史集传》所兼具的史传和笔记小说双重特点，以及对史志传记所起到的补充说明作用。另一方面，挖掘其独特视角所显现出的史料价值，对柯九思卒年，王冕隐居地、生卒年、是否任参军，以及碧云宫山主传承等问题进行了详实的考证。同时也发现了此书的一些不足，比如王艮卒年的抵牾、与张辰《王冕传》的高度相似。希望本文的研究能为《稗史集传》得到重视和利用起到一定作用。

“Bai Shi Ji Zhuan” is a collection of short notes written by Xu xian at the end of the yuan dynasty． There’re thirteen biographies of Wang gen, Ke jiusi, Chen qian, Ge gansun, Pan chun, Lu you, Wang mian, Wang jian, Yang chun, Wang deyuan, Xu wenzhong, Houzai wife , Shen liefu ,and there is a praise at the end of each article．Although the length is not long, but the content is rich, including the unique view of The Times and the value orientation of the literati．This article draws up the content of the biography, summarizes the group characteristics of the biography, and analyzes the life, work, spiritual world of various characters and social background  in the late yuan dynasty． At the same time, makes a comparative analysis of the biography and other biographies, and research related questions by combining with other literatures,to makes an in-depth exploration of the literary value and historical value contained in the biography,

In the introduction, this paper expounds the importance of the research on “Bai Shi Ji Zhuan”．Then summarizes the research status of the novels in the yuan  dynasty and biographies．

 The first chapter summarizes Xu xian's friends, restore the contact between the masters and Xu xian , found that wang jian, wang deyuan, shen lifu three people do not have direct contact with Xu xian． Besides, wang zhongyang, wang zhonglu, rao xu, Chen ji, qian kui, du Ben, cao danran, zhang zhang also had a relationship with Xu xian．At the same time, verify the author of “Guangke talk” which has a signature by Xu xian． Found out the author was determined to be Lu meng, not xu xian． It was confirmed that Xu xian's life information only existed in the “Bai Shi Ji Zhuan”, which made the importance of the book more prominent．

The second chapter mainly summarizes and analyzes the group characteristics of the characters in the “Bai Shi Ji Zhuan”, reproduce the late yuan jiangnan society, including the view of imperial examination reflected by the group that did not participate in the imperial examinations, the  development status and trend of the concept of loyalty and chastity reflected by the virtuous person, the liberal social environment of the yuan dynasty reflected by the collection, doctors, and Fangshi ,the doctrine of Quanzhen and the acceptability of the people contained by Quanzhen taoist in the yuan dynasty．

The third chapter discusses “Bai Shi Ji Zhuan” from the aspects of literature value and historical data value． On the one hand, through the comparison with other biographies, it realizes that the biography of barnyard tales has the dual characteristics of both historical biography and notebook novel, and plays a supplementary explanatory role to the annals biography．On the other hand, excavate the historical value from its unique perspective, and makes detailed research on the issues, such as the time of Kejiusi’s death, the Retreat place, the time of birth and death, whether to join the army of Wang mian,,and the inheritance of Biyun Guan’s owner．At the same time, I also found some shortcomings of the book, such as the conflict of Wang gen's death, the remarkably similar to Wang mian biography written by Zhang Chen．

It is hoped that it will play a certain role in attracting attention and making use of the “Bai Shi Ji Zhuan” ．
