近年来我国综艺节目正在经历由追求刺激竞争性的“快”综艺向注重生活体验和思考观察的“慢”综艺过渡。2018 年随着《我家那小子》的热播，我国观察类真人秀节目迅速走红，2019 年各大卫视和视频平台纷纷推出观察类真人秀，使得综艺节目市场掀起一场“观察潮”。观察类真人秀另辟蹊径开创了“演播室观察+真人秀”的节目模式，充分满足了观众的窥视欲和情感需求，因此对其叙事策略进行分析就显得十分必要。

本文首先对我国观察类真人秀节目发展脉络、节目特点、独特价值和当下现状进行梳理总结，通过文献研究法、内容分析法、个案研究法等方法，以腾讯视频《令人心动的 offer》为主要案例，对该类节目的叙事元素构成、真实性叙事策略和戏剧性叙事策略三部分进行重点分析。第一部分叙事元素主要包括丰富多元的素人叙事主体、彰显社会人文关怀的叙事主题、创新性的双重叙事视角和全知观察视角以及温暖细腻的叙事语言。第二部分以真实性事件为核心的叙事策略，

通过捕捉真实媒介情境下人物情感流露，发挥大众传播议程设置的效果来引发观众情感共鸣。第三部分戏剧性叙事策略通过逻辑紧凑的节目规则引发人物间的矛盾冲突，发挥后期剪辑的悬念重塑来展现人物命运的跌宕起伏。最后发掘观察类真人秀叙事策略的价值引导功能，为该类节目未来创新发展提供借鉴，同时对观察类真人秀节目存在的题材同质化、创新性不足以及节目的真实性进行反思。

In recent years, China's variety shows are going through the transition from the "fast" variety which pursues the stimulation and competition to the "slow" variety which focuses on the life experience, thinking and observation. In 2018, with the popularity of "my boy", China's reality TV programs related to observation quickly became popular. In 2019, various satellite TV channels and video platforms launched reality TV programs related to observation one after another, making the variety show market a "trend of observation". Observation reality show has found a new way to create the program mode of "studio observation + reality show", which fully meets the audience's desire to peep and emotional needs, so it is very necessary to analyze its narrative strategy.

This paper for our observation shows the development characteristics and the present status, show comb summary, through methods such as literature research, content analysis, case study method, with tencent video "thrilling offer as the main case, authenticity of the narrative elements, narrative strategies and dramatic narrative strategy analyses focus on three parts. The first part of the narrative elements mainly include the rich and diverse narrative subject of the plain people, the narrative theme that highlights the humanistic care of the society, the innovative dual narrative perspective and omniscient observation perspective, as well as the warm and delicate narrative language. In the second part, the narrative strategy with the real events as the core captures the emotional expression of the characters in the real media context, and exerts the effect of setting the agenda of mass communication to arouse the emotional resonance of the audience. The third part of the dramatic narrative strategy through the logic of the compact program rules to lead to the conflict between the characters, play the late clipping of the suspense reconstruction to show the ups and downs of the fate of the characters. Finally, the author reflects on the homogenization of the theme, the lack of innovation and the authenticity of the program, and explores its narrative strategy and value guiding function, so as to provide reference for the future innovation and development of the program.
