目前我国已经进入老龄化社会，随着选择社区居家养老的老人数量迅速增加，能够充分利用社区资源的社区养老志愿服务成为一个值得关注的问题。本文采用质性研究的方法，对服务的使用者高龄空巢老人以及服务执行者为老巡视员进行访谈，了解北京X社区高龄空巢老人的需求以及服务双方对“为老巡视队”这一典型的社区养老志愿服务的看法和评价。本研究发现，高龄空巢老人希望社区服务能够满足安全需求、情感表达需求和社会活动需求。“为老巡视队”在缓解老人需求方面能够发挥一定作用，并且低龄老人作为“为老巡视员”具有明显优势。然而就整个为老巡视队而言，由于专业技能、服务意识有待提升，团队建设有待完善，服务机制有待健全等问题，“为老巡视队”的发展进入瓶颈。社工拥有专业的服务水准，统一的专业伦理，能够从提升服务水平，丰富服务内容，完善服务机制等方面介入该服务，建议社区养老志愿服务中融合进社工来进一步提高服务质量。

Recent years, with the accelerating aging process, our country is facing aging society and lonely ages double pension pressure, community endowment demand by elderly lonely olds is becoming more and more urgent, how to got feed whenever getting old turns into a very serious problem at recent time. Meanwhile, as the old population increased by years, low age olds in community are becoming a potential resource for society services, how to get these people achieve new accomplishments, is also a hot spot for community endowment service at home. This paper mainly combined “community endowment” and “volunteer service” two entry point, use “inspector team for olds” in Community X at Beijing as example, apply qualitaet study method, process thoroughly interview to the users of the service-elderly lonely olds, and the providers of the service-“inspector for olds”, collect their perspectives and evaluation to the service, dig the strength and dilemma occurred during the project operation. As the exploratory stage of the service mode, innovation and dilemma will both occurred, even though motivated the low age olds endows their energy into community pension volunteer service, fill the big gap of the community pension for elderly lonely olds in time, but due to the lack of professional service knowledge and skills of the low age olds, the development of the service level meet a bottleneck. At the last of the paper, propose a counter method which integrate the professional concept and service skills of social works with community pension volunteer service, to achieve effectively promote Community X “inspector team for olds” could develop into a professional community pension volunteer service system.
