The human resources factor is the main basis for the success and continuity of companies, companies focus on their employees to provide their best ideas and productivity to work, employers always focus on the efficiency of employees to reduce expenses and raise the quality of work by motivating employees, the main goal of this research initiative is to determine the impact of incentives on the performance of employees, by motivating employees to increase employee efficiency to reduce the number of employees in the company and reduce expenses to raise the profitability of the company, Alawneh was taken as a case study through the work of a questionnaire for employees and analysis of the results of the questionnaire The current study aimed to identify the impact of motivation (financial, non-financial motives) on the Employees performance in Al-Alawneh Exchange Company The analytical descriptive approach was employed and questionnaires were distributed to workers in this company. The sample size consisted of 200 questionnaires, which was analyzed through SPSS. AS a result, I find that, there is a statistically significant effect of the motives (financial, non-financial motives) on the employee performances in Alawneh Exchange Company. a statistically significant effect of the motives (financial motives, non-financial motives) on the amount of work performed in Alawneh Exchange Company. a statistically significant effect of the motives (financial motives, non-financial motives) on the quality of the work performed in Alawneh Exchange Company. a statistically significant effect of the motives (financial motives, non-financial motives) on the performance efficiency of the Alawneh Exchange Company.
