人际敏感性人格特质对个体的人际交往有较多负面影响,比如导致个体过度在意他人看法,容易误解他人以及有自卑的消极情绪体验。部分国外的针对社交焦虑症患者的研究结果显示人际敏感性人格特质是社交焦虑的重要预测因素,国内学者针对高中生群体的研究结果显示人际敏感性人格特质对社交焦虑有显著预测作用,但是国内对大学生人际敏感性和社交焦虑关系的研究不足。尽管人际敏感性人格特质对个体的社交有明显的消极影响,且是社交焦虑的显著人格预测因素,但是目前通过干预人际敏感性人格特质来改善大学生社交焦虑的干预研究不足。因此本研究分为两部分(1)调查大学生人际敏感性人格特质和社交焦虑的特点以及关系,(2)通过对人际敏感性人格特质进行团体辅导干预来改善大学生的社交焦虑水平。本研究采用人际敏感性问卷(IPSM)、交往焦虑量表(IAS)、惧怕否定评价量表(FNE)、社交回避与苦恼量表(SADS),收集主要来自北京高校的149名大学生被试的人际敏感性人格特质和社交焦虑的数据,之后招募20名男女大学生参与干预研究,最终实际参与的被试为15名女大学生,其中7名是实验组被试,参与团体辅导活动,8名是控制组被试,参与阅读材料干预,对15名被试进行干预前测以及两次干预后测,并分析其干预效果及干预机制。通过数据分析,本研究得出以下结论。

      1)大学生人际敏感性和社交焦虑的总体水平及各量表分维度水平在性别、是否独生子女的人口学变量上没有显著差异。

      2)大学生人际敏感性水平和社交焦虑水平有显著正相关的关系,且大学生人际敏感性水平对社交焦虑水平有显著的正向预测作用。

3)干预结束后一个月时,实验组被试人际敏感性、人际觉知、分离焦虑、羞怯、交往焦虑、惧怕否定评价的水平均有显著改善,且团体辅导在人际敏感性、人际觉知、分离焦虑、交往焦虑、惧怕否定评价的水平上的干预效果好于阅读材料,两种干预形式的效果没有显著差异。

4)团体干预结束后一个月时,人际觉知、分离焦虑的变化量和交往焦虑的变化量呈显著正相关。

外文摘要:

Interpersonal sensitivity disposition has many negative effects on the interpersonal interaction, such as it leads to caring too much about others’ thoughts, tending to misunderstand others and experience negative emotion of inferiority. The results of some abroad researches show that interpersonal sensitivity disposition is the significant predictive factor of social anxiety among social anxiety disorder patients. The result of the domestic research shows the high school students’ interpersonal sensitivity disposition is the significantly predictive factor of the social anxiety. However, there were not adequate domestic researches on the relationship of university students’ interpersonal sensitivity and social anxiety. Although interpersonal sensitivity has significantly negative impact on people’s interpersonal interaction, and it is the significantly predictive personality factor of social anxiety, there were not adequate researches which had intervened interpersonal sensitivity to improve social anxiety. Therefore, this study can be divided into two parts, (1) investigating the characteristics and relationship of university students’ interpersonal sensitivity and social anxiety, (2) conducting group counseling intervention of interpersonal sensitivity to improve university students’ social anxiety. This study used IPSM, IAS, FNE, SADS, to collect data of 149 university students’ interpersonal sensitivity and social anxiety, who were mainly from universities in Beijing. Then recruited 20 male and female university students into intervention research. Actually, there were 15 female university students finally finished the whole group counseling intervention. 7 of them were experimental group subjects, who participated in group counseling intervention. 8 of them were control group subjects, who participated in reading intervention. The study conducted one pretest and two posttests to analyze the effect and mechanism of the intervention. Though data analysis, these following conclusions can be drawn:

Results: (1)There were no significant differences between the level of interpersonal sensitivity and social anxiety of male and female university students. There were no significant differences between the level of interpersonal sensitivity and social anxiety of university students whether they were only child in their families or not.

(2)The level of interpersonal sensitivity of university students was significantly positively correlated to the level of social anxiety. And the level of interpersonal sensitivity of university students positively predicted the level of social anxiety.

(3)A month later after the end of the intervention, the level of interpersonal sensitivity, interpersonal awareness, timidity, separation anxiety, interaction anxiety and fear of negative evaluation of the subjects in experimental group had significantly improved after the group counseling. There was better effect of the group counseling intervention on interpersonal sensitivityinterpersonal awarenessseparation anxietyinteraction anxiety and fear of negative evaluation than the reading intervention. There were no significant differences between the effect of the two kinds of intervention.

(4)A month later after the group counseling , the change of the interpersonal awareness and the change of separation anxiety were significantly correlated to the change of interaction anxiousness.
